Brooks originally came because it was an emergency visit due to the main board on our furnace breaking down. Brooks ordered the part and came back first thing the next day to fix the furnace. The part was actually more expensive than the original quote, but Brooks gave it to us for the quoted price. They were on time, organized, and responsive. Our friends recommended Brooks to us and we will definitely pass their name on to friends and family in the future.

Brooks Heating & Air came to replace my furnace and gave me several options and brands to chose from and didn't oversell. During the project, they were on schedule and cleaned up when the job was completed each day. Brooks Heating stands behind their word, and in addition to completing other projects for me, I would recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Even in the dead of winter and the Brooks family being away on vacation, they were still able to coordinate a rep to come to our house within a 1/2 hour to fix our pilot light. We could not be more appreciative of their attentiveness to customer service. I have recommended them many times without hesitation.

We had Brooks Heating and Air come in and install a gas line to where our stove is allowing me to switch to a gas stove when upgrading. The person they sent was knowledgeable, respectful, and tidy. On quoting Sean quickly was able to find the simplest way to run the line to my stove without having to have an exposed line running across the ceiling of my laundry room. Debbie was great to work with on scheduling when they could and couldn't come (I run a small business out of my home). When Sean returned to do the work, he confirmed that we were still on the same page of what needed to happen. I'm also happy that Brooks always sends trustworthy people. I didn't have to monitor him the entire time, I was able to continue to work. Despite being able to work, Sean didn't hesitate to ask clarification when there was something that arose. Debbie was also very quick to have someone come back once the stove was delivered and we were up and running within a hour of the stove being delivered. I know they have a larger team, but Debbie tried to have the same tech come back for consistency. Loved not having to repeat myself multiple times. We have also been very happy with the service plan we have with them. We love Brooks and being able to support someone local while getting what I feel is the best service.

We used Brooks Heating & Air to replace our furnace in January 2012. Initially Chris came out to give us a quote. He was very professional and extremely helpful in providing us with a few different options at different price points. On the day of installation the staff were very efficient, made sure the floors were covered as to not damage anything and were very friendly. Anytime that we have had a question or concern regarding the furnace, the staff at Brooks Heating & Air have been very helpful and quick to respond to our inquires. Last year we had the air conditioning unit replaced and again were very please with the customer service we received. We would highly recommend Brooks Heating & Air.
