Ive found the Miranda bathtub appears to be fine, however communication was difficult over the phone and staff don’t seem to communicate with each other and records (eg couldn’t find my paperwork or online record, questioning my payment despite showing my payment on my phone) need improving. Also the bathtub was advertised as being 1500mm which we needed to fit into our small bathroom. When we came to pickup, we were told it was 1570mm. It fits but is tight next to toilet. NB-The EBay site doesn’t allow any negative feedback or stars less than 5, so they have 100% satisfaction.

In regards to the bath tub, the exact dimensions are shown on the website as well as on the photo you you have attached. On another note, eBay does allow negative feedback and allows you to rate the purchase out of 5 stars.

Worst customer service I've experienced in life. I was given ZERO assistance when I needed help in buying a shower tap. I was lead to believe that there'd be a 7 day refund policy, under the condition that it remains in original condition. Fair enough. My bathroom renovator had to attempt to INSTALL it to see that it would not fit our shower settings. Upon return, the owner and his daughter were unprofessional and belligerent, clearly not keen to honour their company policy. They insisted that it was USED ... because I had to see that it couldn't fit. They had zero concessions or regard for the customer experience, all they were obsessed with was losing money.
There are heaps of bathroom places in the area, I would hit up National Apollo or even Bunnings before setting foot in this place! Worst decision I've made on a consumer level.

When you brought back the taps, we were happy to refund you and even had you write down your details so we could refund you that day. You had also asked us when you would get the refund, we told you 'today' and that we'd process the refund 'now'.
Everything had been pretty much sorted already, banking details were taken down and it was only out of sheer luck that we opened up the packaging to have a look at what you meant by the sizing of the tap and how it was not suitable for your current plumbing that we found water coming out of it which meant that at some stage, the tap had water run through it.
Due to this, and only this - we were not able to refund you as this meant that the tap is now considered 'used' and was not in the same condition as when you purchased it.
If we had accepted this return and sold this to another customer, they would've opened it and find it to have water leak out it, they may think that they were sold a used product as why would there be water leaking out of it if it is brand new.
We are very sorry that you have had a bad experience with us and will reflect on this to improve and better our customer service.
