A high end, professional upcycler and furniture painter who restyles and upcycles old and much loved pieces of furniture, creating unique items from my workshop in Somerset. The quality of my work and the products I use produce admirable results. I have a passion for homes, interiors and styling and adore the transformation that can be achieved from upcycling a piece of previously used furniture. I enjoy searching for furniture and home accessories at markets and auctions. Furniture that has previously been loved by someone else is appealing to me, it’s nice to own something with a little bit of history. When it comes to painting furniture my style is ever evolving. I enjoy transforming the use of a piece of furniture and creating something unusual, a talking point for anyone who sees it. Equally, it gives me so much pleasure to take a tired piece and paint it in a style that is classic and timeless. As well as having a passion for furniture I’m qualified in interior design which has been a passion of mine for years, so choosing colours for furniture and pulling designs and accessories together is a pleasure for me. Since 2015 I have been lucky enough to make my living working in this creative world of furniture upcycling. When you do something you love, no day is a work day.
