Thank you again Lloyd, Your work was more than I could imaged. You were on time and went straight to work. The crackling sofa arm looks simply beautiful! Your expertise saved us from purchasing a new sofa at this time. You also very nice and professional.

Lloyd was fantastic to work with, very nice guy. I had some damaged leather on the armrest of my vehicle, which was discolored and around 6 inches in size. He was able to fix it, and match the color very nicely. It's hard to find specialists like this to fix these issues, only other option is to usually go to the dealer and get a whole new (expensive) replacement piece, if it's even possible. So this is a much better strategy if you like to keep your leather in nice shape! Very professional, friendly, great communication, highly recommended.

Steve was so easy to work with from the very beginning all the way until the end. I wanted to get a family members seat and steering wheel fixed for Christmas so I contacted fibrenew to see if they could do it. He was very quick to respond and even made a gift certificate for me to give to him for Christmas. He did amazing work and both the steering wheel and seat look brand new! We are extremely satisfied and will definitely use them for any future needs we have!
