My name is Sebastian Ramirez. I was born in Colombia where I developed a passion for soccer and sports. I played throughout my life and moved to the United States at the age of 16. I graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. I moved to Houston in 2012 where I met my beautiful wife Evelyn, and with whom I created a beautiful family: Joseph (12), Gianni (5) and Mathew (13) After being in the physical therapy and fitness field, I have been fortunate to get involved in Real Estate. I had no previous experience in real estate investing. Having since started in real estate, I have performed in all areas of the industry including: Wholesaling (~200), rental properties (~12), notes (~4), buy and flip (~12), and coaching/mentoring. (As of 10/1/19). The most gratifying aspect of my life is the sense of freedom and contribution that I am with the people who I interact with in this industry and most importantly the love and leadership that I am for my family.
