Our project started with leaking pipes from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs bathroom. I called Roberts Renovation just to get an idea of how to get started with a remodel project. Johnny gave suggestions of where to look for ideas and then followed that with many visits and phone calls to guide us in the decision-making process. Because we were going to work on both bathrooms at the same time, we were a little nervous but the thoughtfulness of the workers was amazing. He and the staff were great. They feel like family and we were so happy we chose Roberts Renovation. The choices we made turned out to be so good. It is amazing to think that these beautiful bathrooms are in our own house. We recommend Roberts Renovation to everyone we see. The quality of work matches the quality of the crew. Thanks.

Roberts Renovation has completed the bathroom and it is amazing. Pretty much more than we can ask for. All we wanted was a functioning bathroom again and that is exactly what we got and more. There is still one more thing that needs to be done but that should be quick and easy. Johnny and team has been amazing. Johnny has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process. He is very honest and very willing to work with his customers. This is definitely something that is lacking with a lot of the other companies that I spoke with. They were more focused on telling me what they can do and not necessarily asking me what it was that I was looking for and then working from there. I recommend that Johnny keep up this type of work because it is something that a lot of people will appreciate. Overall I really enjoyed my experience with Johnny and team.

My project consists of adding a master bedroom into the existing house, and converting an existing small bedroom into a spacious master bath and plenty of closet space. Roberts Renovation is one of the company and the general contractor for my project. He is extremely responsive, professional and good at listening to what we need and then translate our wish list into beautiful designs. Johnny is very flexible and accommodated several rounds of changes during the planning phase. Because of the careful prep work Roberts Renovation and team did. Many building materials have been pre-ordered but delivered just in time to allow the work to progress at a constant speed without waiting. I have done small home remodeling before, but I have to say Roberts Renovation crew is one of the best organized and hardest working crew I've ever worked with. They constantly exceed my expectation by going extra mile to get the job done right. I am very happy with the work so far and looking forward to the completion of my project. Definitely recommend to consider Roberts Renovation if you have a home improvement project.

After getting a few quotes from several other remodeling companies, we decided to go with Roberts Renovation. Johnny was our Project Manager. He met with us to go over what we wanted, and what our expectations are. Johnny was very knowledgeable and understanding, showing his professionalism and expertise in the remodeling business. He gave us various options and styles for remodeling our outdated main bathroom, he presented us with cost effective ways to obtain the desired look we wanted. Johnny and his crew arrived on site promptly daily and were polite and courteous while wearing mask and gloves in accordance with the current pandemic situation. They went straight to work, provided protection for our wood floors and sealed off the construction area to reduce the dust from the rest of our home. Thanks a lot.

I wanted to thank all the staff at Roberts Renovation. Steve took my vision for my master bath and created such an amazing design. I had the best time coming to showroom and picking out all my fixtures and creating my color scheme with him. I wanted to thank Steve for keeping our project on task and always being available for all my questions during our project. I want to send out a special thanks to Steve again. He was part of the build team. His professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge shined through in all he did. He took great pride in his work and also the daily updates, and cleanup was so appreciated. Our project took many weeks and he truly ensured that our home was clean and organized. The reason we chose Roberts Renovation was because they take you from start to finish. Design, demo, build and even decorating tips from Steve made all the difference. Thanks a lot.

Without any hesitation, I recommend Roberts Renovation for any projects. I am impressed with not only the quality of their bathroom remodeling work, but the quality of their character. Adam with Roberts Renovation was thorough, respectful of our needs and delivered as promised. I found them to be very transparent. Their estimate was detailed and thorough. The workers sent in were respectful and did fantastic work. They were flexible when we wanted to make changes in the project. They kept close to their timeline and budget. I was also happy that Adam was always available to answer any questions. When surprises were found during demolition, Adam was clear as to what was found and made solid recommendations as to what we needed to do. Roberts Renovation did a total remodel of our Master bathroom that was in urgent need of attention. We couldn't be happier with the results.

We were looking for a contractor to help us with our kitchen remodel. We needed walls removed and areas rebuilt, electrical work added etc. Eddie from Roberts Renovation came over and listened to what we were looking to accomplish, inspecting the area we were remodeling, going into the attic to check out the beam that was going to be replaced. No other contractors were as courteous, thorough or showed such professionalism. We are so pleased with Roberts Renovation. They wonderful and they have a superb crew. The work we had done was completed exactly how we wanted it with a few suggestions to make it work better. Eddie and team came over and spent at least an hour listening to what we were looking to accomplish, inspecting the area we were remodeling. No other contractors were as courteous, thorough or showed such professionalism.Everything was completed in the time frame given. I highly recommend them.

We recently used Roberts Renovation for our kitchen and 2 bathrooms renovation and were very impressed with all stages of the process from design to installation. Eddie came on-site and assist us with design, colours and product selection. He spent time with us for tiling and fittings selections. We love our features walls. After the design and material selection Steve came to take final measurements. All plans and scope of work were clearly stated. Installation went smoothly exactly how was promised. We would highly recommend using Roberts Renovation. Eddie changes full bathrooms configuration and we have more functional bathrooms. Not only functional but amazing looking! We have had many compliments on our kitchen and bathrooms. Very pleased with final results of Roberts Renovation!

Roberts Renovation made the experience of getting renovations done painless. I feel they went above and beyond even what was spelled out in the contract to make us happy. Jacob and his crew were amazing and they did an amazing job. Our kitchen and master bathroom looks new and beautiful. From the moment we stepped into the showroom to the completion of our dream Kitchen / Laundry & Bathroom Renovation - Roberts Renovation & the whole team were incredibly professional & helpful at every level. The project was on quite a large scale as it involved a full relocation of the kitchen & redesign of plumbing in the laundry & bathroom. Mark was able to create an incredible design incorporating all our wants & needs in creating a fully functional Kitchen separate bar drinks area & additional entertainers pantry while with out losing valuable existing space. The whole process was seamless & their guidance & expertise to for see any challenges was really appreciated. Onsite the team were equally professional & the attention to detail with nothing short of amazing. The quality of the work is very impressive & this is what drew me to Roberts Renovation in the first place - I would highly recommend Roberts Renovation as it was an absolute pleasure to have them in my home.
