Renov8t are very detail oriented and take pride in their work. They have clearly invested tens of thousands of dollars in their tools (some of which I didn't even know existed) to ensure the job can be completed to the highest standard. At the end of each day, everything is cleaned up, organized and ready for the next day. They are not inexpensive, but if you value high quality and are looking for a responsible contractor, they are worth every penny.

My wife and I decided to have her mother come live with us so we decided to convert our garage to an suite. We shopped around and found some good candidates. However, we decided to give Dan of Renov8t a shot. Boy oh boy so far the experiences have been beyond excellent. This seemed to be the perfect time to address our issue with our own bathroom and pipes. It just so happened that it was in dire need of some serious attention. Pipes were on the verge of leaking. Dan and his team found so many issues that they were surprised it hadn't been a major problem yet. My wife and I decided to ask Dan if he could address our issues since he would be building the suite anyway. He said it was the perfect time to address these concerns. And so it began. He also noted that upon gutting our bathroom that the roof was in really bad shape and not attending to it would be an injustice to the bathroom renovations. So we decided to get that done too. I must tell you that Dan and his team at Renov8t have exceeded our expectations. He respected our budget concerns and walked is through every step. He kept us informed about any issues and summarized us on new developments. Since this was our first ever renovation project, we didn't know what to expect but ended out to be so very happy with the flow and the way all things were handled. As the "other half" of the couple who hired Renov8t, I wanted to add my perspective to that of my husband. I was impressed by the time the contractor took to explain to me the implications of various options; I am not "architecturally savvy" and I appreciated the careful explanations that Dan, as a professional, delivered to us. The quality of the work --the tiling, the plumbing, the electrical wiring, the cabinetry, the painting--was excellent, and our budget was respected; any changes were done with complete consultation and agreement.

I got my main bathroom completely redone. I am most ecstatic about the finished product. Renov8t.com has been the easiest contractor to deal with, they leave no mess remaining, work very hard and complete everything that's asked. In December, we had a minor emergency with our hot water system. We called Dan at Renov8T and told him the problem. We received very prompt service from him. He came to work in my mechanical room and he was always very respectful of our home – shoes off each time he had to go through the house, etc. He came prepared for the job and he worked quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the final job – nicely finished, and the place was left clean and tidy. Dan was very easy to deal with, and explained the options clearly. I have no reservations in recommending his business to others, nor would I hesitate to use their services again.

I want to personally say that Dan King and his team have been a pleasure to work with. I wished I could have met Dan six years ago. I did a kitchen and one bathroom ( on the lower level) renovation with a different contractor, and boy, was it ever the ultimate nightmare for the homeowner. Not only were they extremely messy (they left an inch of dirt EVERYWHERE in my home, but I had to redo much of their work. Needless to say, I was gun shy about starting renos again. Dan, however, is different. He just finished renovating the master bathroom, and it looks like something from a magazine. Not only does he and his team keep dust to a minimum, he genuinely is interested in what you want in your design, then exceeds your expectations beyond your wildest dreams. He is currently renovating 2 more bathrooms and I can't wait to see the results. Trust Dan and his team. They are the best!!!

I know very little about renovations or construction trade in general, but I wanted a home that is built (or, in my case, renovated) just for me and according to the picture I had in mind. I was very lucky to have found Dan. He and his team made my home a beautiful one. I was skeptical at first how he would help me with this as all I learned about renovation is that it is nothing but stressful; but Dan made the process stress-free for me and he consulted me in all aspects of important decisions regarding the house, and especially my kitchen, which turned out absolutely stunning!
