One call had been recommended by another builder. What a complete disappointment. They should change their name to many calls and a lot of email services with no results. They just seem uninterested Quite disappointing

James and his crew were awesome. They stayed on the job until it was finished and their attention to detail was significant. James, who was always available by phone, text, or email, offered many ideas to the project which was very helpful. We trusted the crew and we are very happy with the results. People come into our house and are deeply impressed by the results of our renovation. There were some unpredictable, but not unexpected issues that were handled swiftly and professionally. We would not hesitate to use One Call Services again. We can honestly highly recommend them!

One Call "rehabbed" our historical potting shed. They did an excellent job, from internal framing, external siding, trim, roofing, roof cupola to perfectly lining up the weathervane. They also did a great job in replacing our old fence. James Stevenson, of One Call kept us abreast of the project by periodically texting us pictures of the work being done. It is without any reservations that I would recommend One Call for any homeowner construction, large or small.

What a wonderfully professional group with whom to work. From start to finish on 2 separate projects everyone was cheerful, on-time and very considerate of my home. They kept every space dust-free and livable as they refinished floors, laid a hallway floor, adjusted and replaced stair tread and installed shoe moulding. Highly recommend this group - you cannot go wrong choosing them for any project especially if you have even the tiniest but of OCD regarding messes. They are amazing

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with One Call. From beginning to end they were polite and responsive to our needs. Renovations in a condo are tricky; there are lots of limitations to what you can do to the structure and building policies to follow. One Call took care of obtaining all the permits and working with the building manager to make sure all of our modifications were by the book; saving us a lot of headaches in the future. My favorite part is the custom built bookcase replacing an old dated iron railing. It looks like a completely different unit, changing our outdated unit into a contemporary home. As an added bonus they came in on time and on budget. We will definitely use them for our kitchen renovation next year!

We hired One Call to do a full kitchen renovation of a 100 year old farmhouse. They managed a lot of moving parts and variance with ease, showed up consistently as planned and made the extra effort to accommodate our family and minimize the disruption to our routine of not having a functional kitchen for several weeks. The team was always professional and easy to work with. Changes at our direction impacted the budget which was fine although in retrospect we'd prefer to have an idea of how the change costs are accumulating in real time. The quality of the work met expectations and we'd have no problem recommending their services to anyone needing home remodeling services.

We recently retained One Call Services to assist us in the rehabilitation of a recently purchased home. The work included tasks both inside the interior of the home as well as exterior work including extensive landscaping. One Call Services was at all times professional, well-informed, timely and professional. Their work, and the work of all of their subcontractors, was of the highest quality. We would not hesitate to recommend One Call Services for any project, large or small. They were great.

One Call Services is exceptional. They are reliable, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy. Their work is high quality. I have used them on several occasions and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend them.

We own a second home in Lewes DE. When we bought it it needed a lot of work. We contacted One Call Services on a recommendation from our realtor. He met with us right away and worked with us to put a plan together for the extensive roofing and siding work that we needed done. He got it done on time and on budget. His crews cleaned everything up and did a great job to make the house ready for our first summer. He also did excellent plumbing and electrical work, including installing an outside shower that fits in very well with the house. One Call also has a handyman service that we have used to repair a fallen downspout. They were prompt and did a great job. We will continue to work with One Call Services and will recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor in the area.

James Stevenson is one of the most pleasant and intelligent person we have met. He is one of the rare builders that you feel comfortable with. That was the first impression my wife and I had after meeting with him, we felt 'comfortable'. We reviewed a lot of builders and selected James based on not only his pricing but also our sense of comfort in dealing with him. We were very happy that we did. James was very upfront about everything, he alerted us, questioned us, when some of our ideas were not as thought through as we thought they were. We had a pretty complex process with a tight timeline; and James made it happen. The end product was even more beautiful than what we had imagined. We would give James and One Call Services an A++ James is a man of his words, and we would definitely hire/recommend him for any project big or small.
