As far as work goes, I really don't think anyone could beat Jon and Chris, they do great work and they've gone above and beyond my expectations. The one major issue I have involved the pulling of permits. I informed them that I wanted permits if permits were needed as we planned to sell the house in the not too distant future. They assured me numerous times that we did not need them for the work we were doing. This information was not correct, which means that I am now tasked not only pulling the permits but paying the fines. This was a sad end to what was otherwise a very good experience. I wouldn't say I regret working with them because the work itself was AMAZING but not knowing that they were doing work that needed permits is a pretty big deal.
