Martin does a great job. We have hired him two different times to do work for us in 2016 and he did a great job both times. He doesn't leave a mess, like some contractors, when they are finished. He always returns calls, texts, and emails in a timely fashion. He does all the paint work for Sousa Realty in southern NH. They are a huge builder in NH. That is a major statement. I would highly recommend Martin for any projects that you may need.

I was first introduced to Martin's high standards of professionalism in 2006/2007 when I had him help me restore the exterior paint work of my Victorian house. He also did some interior painting, too. His quality of work quickly became well known within my neighborhood, and his work (along with his team's) can be seen today on some of the lovely Victorian's in the North End of Nashua. His quality of work, and the products he chose at that time, were also featured in the Professional Painting Contractor Magazine, Fall 2007 edition. I have to say, over the past 10 years, my using Martin has been sparse. Why? In general, the paint job on the house has held up so well, I haven't needed him! To this day, people compliment the great paint job on my house and how well it has held up. Just recently, I did need some exterior carpentry work with touch-up trim/deck/garage paint work done. I was happy (relieved actually) to know Martin and team would be doing the work as I knew it would be done right. I was also pleased to learn Martin is expanding his business to include other areas of home renovation. My neighbors were pleased to see him, too. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Martin and his team, and I'll be calling him again for other projects.

I am an interior designer/stager and met Martin several years ago when he was working on several historic homes in my neighborhood. I noticed that he was on the job every day, his crew was polite and the quality of his work was exceptional. I have referred Martin James for all of my design projects and my clients have all raved about him. I just completed my own newly constructed home in MA. He did all my interior/exterior painting, interior finish work, custom staining on wood floors and matching of wood treads. His work was done to perfection, on time and within my budget. I am giving him the highest recommendation because it is well deserved.
