This was our second project with Labi Builders, and we are somehow even more happy than the first. Before we bought our house two years ago we knew we needed to do a full renovation, but we didn’t know the costs we would incur. We called a few contractors and no one would meet with us because we didn’t own the property yet. Assaf was the only contractor willing to meet with us and gave an honest assessment of the rough costs of our dream renovations. After buying the house we decided to meet with other contractors to get their estimates, but Labi Builders was the only company that offered the following: Full scope of work and clear timeline Itemized cost breakdown in stages Invoicing occurs only once work is finished and meets expectations Clear and consistent communication. We loved our kitchen and main bedroom remodel so much that when it came to remodeling our bathroom and guest room we didn’t even consider getting quotes from other contractors. If you go with Labi Builders you can expect Great communication (multiple folks are available by text and call) Amazing team that does immaculate work and is respectful of your home and property (Henry, Israel, Noam, Manny) Very strong customer service, and if there were small issues or things that needed to be tweaked it was never a problem Fair pricing: they will not be the cheapest estimate that you receive but we didn’t have a single change order on our second renovation and he came in at budget and on schedule. Consistent check ins to make sure you are happy with the work Solid vendor relationships After speaking with friends and co-workers who share nightmare stories of contractors that don’t respond, go over budget and over schedule, we feel so lucky to have worked with Labi Builders on our home renovation. 5 stars, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Assaf and his team were a pleasure to work with. The work was of high quality, efficient and neat. Each employee showed up on date and at time scheduled and was polite and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Assaf and his team to anyone and will be using them on future projects in our home.

Recently, my parents bought a vacation property in Los Angeles. Finding a reliable contractor from out of the State is difficult for us Miami residents. During our Yelp searches, we lucked out and discovered Assaf. He made the entire logistical process of obtaining a project estimate quite simple. While he was on the property, we scheduled a number of zoom conversations to confirm our project's scope of work. With Labi Builders, we went through the remodel of our house, which was scheduled to take five months. However we were able to move forward with our plans to use our new vacation house quicker than expected since Assaf was able to finish the job in 3 and a half months! They were always accessible to answer any concerns we had about the project, and their communication was excellent. We will tell our friends about Labi builders and unquestionably suggest them to you as well.

I had a master bathroom vanity replaced. First of all, everyone is beyond professional, knowledgable and helpful. All the workers were basically "in and out" with very little disturbance to our routine. I had a custom vanity built to suit our needs and it is absolutely top-notch. I cannot recommend Labi Builders enough! In fact, I am going to have another project done with them asap!

Labi Builders just finished a remodel on our master bathroom. The project was a bit tricky because we were living in the house during construction. They were very conscientious during the project and went as far as covering the floors everyday. They are very experienced builders who came in on time and on budget. The workmanship and attention to detail was on-point. Highly recommended.

Assaf and his Crew at Labi Builders went above and beyond for this remodeling project we took on. We originally had a galley Kitchen and a bathroom attached on the other side. We wanted a more open concept kitchen, so we decided to remove that bathroom and wall and open it up for a more spacious design. We opened the other wall on the opposite side of the kitchen and moved the old guest bathroom there and created a new unique and stunning powder room for guests. The kitchen is stunning as we had all custom cabinets designed, the refrigerator and freezer is flushed along with the other cabinets to make it look hidden. We added three ovens and a stove top range with a changing LED light. We also refinished all the floors, and it came out exceptional. I wouldn’t want to work with another crew. They are communicative and they work hard and efficient in their work and are exceptionally detailed. You won’t find a better company to work with you on your home remodeling project. Upstairs we also had the master bathroom redone, to give a gorgeous marbled modern look complete with a walk-in shower with two double faucets a freestanding tub on one side with its own vanity and another vanity on the opposite side with the toilet. We are so happy with how this came out and we have so much room in this master bathroom. You wont regret hiring this company and having them on your team through a remodel, they will keep you calm, and you will get things exactly the way you had envisioned or even better. My two bathrooms have just been remodeled under the supervision of Labi Builders. Assaf Labi and his team have been supervising the transformation of the original 1976 style in my unit. Many workmen have been involved in the various steps of change according to the scheduling requirements necessary to do the job. I feel that the workman from this company were helpful, courteous and respectful. At this time, everything looks great and areas seem to be working as required. Their staff visited the site many times in order to survey the progress and made sure that all company rules were followed and welcomed my questions and/or concerns to report back to the central office. Mr. Labi communicated with me via phone frequently. The project manager accompanied the workman to the site and made sure that all the workmen knew about the task being done that day before he left. Assaf Labi and his team are wonderful and I felt confident to engage with them in this remodel as they had in the past remodeled my kitchen for me as well. I definitely recommend Labi Builders to anyone looking for remodeling work and assistance, judging by the results I see in my two completed home improvement projects.

I recently moved into a new home and made the decision to rebuild the master bathroom and refinish all the floors. I ended up hiring Labi Builders Inc. to complete the work, and they did an excellent job. The employees showed up daily, and the project manager checked in to make sure everything was proceeding according to schedule. The finished product matched the 3D design flawlessly and exceeded my expectations of how beautiful my master bathroom turned out. The house looks brand new with the floors refinished and I am so impressed with the quality and precision this company puts into everything. I had flooding in my house and had to tear out half my kitchen. Half. The rest was untouched by water damage. I thought it would be easy to find a kitchen company to rebuild the destroyed half of my kitchen and build new cabinets to match those that I already had. I was wrong! NO ONE wanted the job. They all offered to rebuild my entire kitchen, but not just recreate half a kitchen to match. Then I contacted Labi Builders. Within 24 hours, Assaf Labi came to my house, looked at the job, and said he could do it. And he did! Now, my new cabinets and counters on the new half of the kitchen look EXACTLY like the original cabinets and counters on the old side of the kitchen. I was so happy with the work that I asked Labi Builders to refinished the exterior of my house. It is covered with redwood siding covered with a clear stain. Over the years the wood had darkened, weathered and become stained with grime and mold. I thought I would have to paint over all that beautiful wood. Labi Builders brought me a painting contractor who presented me with several options for refinishing the house. They provided samples for me. In the end, they were able to clean the wood and finish it with a protective coat so that it looks virtually brand new! The entire project took only a little more than a month. I couldn’t be happier.

Assaf and his team did an amazing job doing a full remodel of the kitchen in my condo - along with installing overhead lights, a brand new washer/dryer, repainting the walls, and updating the bathroom. Assaf was on budget, schedule, and was very easy to work with and communicative throughout the process. This was my first time doing remodeling work, and I'm so glad I found a trusted partner.
