David and his team completely gutted our kitchen and we started over from scratch. The result is beautiful! Our project presented some unexpected construction issues along the way as well as backorder issues impacting our timelines, but David always ensured that we found solutions that would work for us. I’d use Iron Space Designs again, for sure.

David Wagner and Team from Iron Space Designs are truly amazing. After seeing his kitchen remodel at a neighbor’s house, we gave David a call. He and his Team came out to meet with us, reviewed all details and what to expect in remodeling our kitchen. Since remodeling was new to us, he went over all aspects of the job in great detail but in terms we could understand. He was clear on what to expect from him and what he needed from us. He will provide you with provide you with contacts for cabinets, countertops, appliances, etc, however, you can use your own. If you need help choosing flooring, backsplash, paint, etc, he will help you choose by providing options. His team is very professional and friendly. They were prompt, do amazing work and clean up daily. Very professional. In addition, his billing is itemized and easy to understand. Very transparent. We were also impressed at his response time when we had questions. He (or a member of his team) were available in person, text, phone or e-mail. I highly recommend Iron Space Designs. They did an amazing job, great service, very professional. We love our kitchen.

Iron Space Designs did a gut renovation for our kitchen, laundry room and bathroom, and we are thrilled with how it all turned out. David and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with! Everybody involved was incredibly detail oriented, highly skilled and professional. They showed up every day, and progress was streamlined and constant. David was very easy to communicate with, and would always pick up the phone when we had a question. He worked closely with our designer to ensure the plans were realistic, within our budget, and took into account the potential quirks of our older home. He even identified a few ways for us to save costs. Moreover, the workmanship across the board is impeccable; the tiling, flooring, cabinet installation, custom furniture work -- everybody working for David is amazing at their trade. They transformed a cramped, decrepit part of our house into a truly gorgeous living space, and we are so grateful. We highly recommend Iron Space Designs to anybody starting a home improvement project.

Our church facility was built in 1895, and our interior space needed a refreshing contemporary look. Iron Space Designs quickly seized the day with a compelling sketch, then got to work. They took up the carpet, removed the pews, and refinished the floors. They even built a larger stage for us. Every week we will have anywhere between 2-6 musicians up front. We have hosted community events, ranging from "meet your mayoral candidates" to a spring formal dance for college students.

I hold Iron Space Designs in very high regard and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. The quality of their work is impeccable. They listened to what I envisioned, incorporated their inspired designs and created a breathtaking remodeled kitchen that continues to thrill me!!
