One star because no option for no stars. Houston custom carpets relies on the homeowner to monitor their subs. No one from Houston Custom Carpets verified any work unless I called them about poor workmanship and then most times just resent the same contractor. Had to file a smalls claim case to get them to meet contract requirements.

Ms. Teresa, from Houston Custom Carpet, was such a delight to work with. We worked so well together, I felt, to bring each of our ideas together. I thought it would be such a small job but I didn't realize how many different tradesmen would be needed. The custom cabinets turned out beautiful and the tile man worked his magic and the painter/texture guys, electrician, counter fabricators and general construction men were all so respectful and cleaned up before, during and after. I would highly recommend them and looking for the next project to work together with. We changed out two vanities adding more ample drawer storage and changed the direction of the tub and adding a pony wall. I am very pleased with the entire project!!

We had a bedroom converted into a master bath. This bath included a custom shower, claw foot tub with a Telephone Style faucet, new plumbing with double sinks set in custom marble atop a custom vanity with a tower in the center. We also had new tile on the floor to match the shower with a frame-less glass door. Teresa Chittenden was our designer and job coordinator. The job went smoothly from the initial material selection to the final installation. We had a tight schedule and Teresa worked hard to make sure everything dovetailed properly to achieve our time line. With everything being custom the opportunities for trouble were numerous but Teresa came through with flying colors. We couldn't be happier.

Master bath renovation with new travertine tile shower, cabinets with marble counters, lighting, change of one sink location, stand alone tub, faux painting, and travertine floor. Tim Smith was the general contractor and I highly recommend him for his in-depth knowledge of all facets of building contraction and real estate. Tim kept the project on track and on budget. He gave the project his personal attention details and demonstrated high standards with a focus on quality.uston Tim Smith was recommended by a neighbor based on their project, we highly recommend Tim Smith at Houston Custom Carpets.
