After working for many years with Larry Claypool, founder of Harvest Construction, Ian and his wife Sara have taken ownership of the company and are continuing the distinctive tradition of design and craftsmanship Harvest has been known to produce for the past 15 years. Ian has a background in construction dating back to 1990. His hands-on experience gained him proficiency in commercial build-outs, building custom homes, finish carpentry, and extensive remodel experience. Along with becoming fluent in these areas, Ian has honed the skills of project management, project scheduling, cost estimating, and design over the past 29 years. Our adept team of professionals and forward-thinking innovators promise to deliver quality and elegant craftsmanship in an expedited process. The Harvest Team has over 190 years of combined experience in the trades. Our craftsmen have extensive knowledge in all aspects of construction. Harvest did our kitchen, bedroom and master bath remodel. They are amazing people to work with. Its such a fun process picking out all the different components from all te different locations. The turn around from start to finish is incredible and I dont think there is any other operation around that can complete a project as fast. Highly recommended!

I have used Harvest Construction on two occasions--first, to update and open up a kitchen/dining area, and, second, to re-design/update a master bedroom/walk-in closet/bathroom. In both cases, his work and that of his crew was outstanding. There is a significant gap between the time he is able to complete a job, start-to-finish, and the time needed of any other contractor we talked to. Both were major jobs--which included the structural challenges of an older house--and both took approximately 10 days to complete. In addition, Larry is very conscientious and meticulous, and his crew follows suit. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They do high quality work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Larry, Ian and the rest of the crew were awesome. The communication throughout the project was fantastic. We had a kitchen make over they finished in 1 week. Literally, started Monday morning at 6:30am and finished the following Monday by 1pm. Their attention to detail separates them from other contractors. The finished project far exceeded our expectations! We would not hesitate (and have many times) to recommend Harvest Construction. Thank You Larry!

We met Ian at the home show, and concept of limited time for construction was intriguing. We needed to remodel 2 bathrooms and they completed the project in 8 days. They made the process so easy and provided us with guidance all the way. Everyone who came into our home was professional and so efficient. We are planning a kitchen in the near future, and would work with the Harvest team in a second.

We first met Larry at a home and garden show a few years ago and were quite excited for our opportunity to work with him. After deciding what it was that we wanted remodeled first we met up with Larry earlier this year and began our journey. He came out and walked us through the whole process, drew up our plans and got us on the calendar. He gave us vendors that he preferred to work with and we made a day of it. Meeting everyone and choosing our finishes, paint, counters, cabinets and flooring. We went from a dark compartmentalized '70s kitchen to our spacious, bright, can't wait to get home daily and make dinner open kitchen and dining room. When we are ready for the next major renovation, Harvest will be who we call.
