Highly recommend Frank and his team. We did a total master bath remodel and it turned out just how we wanted. Frank is always available for questions/updates. He is a workaholic, which is a good thing for the clients. He responds quickly whether it's a weekend or at night. His team, especially Javier, did amazing every step of the way. Frank will check and then double check that everything is up to your standard and his. We will definitely be using them again for the next project. Highly recommend!

Frank helped me renovate my kitchen and it was a worry free experience. He was always available to answer my questions, worked with any last minute changes and worked to make things right. He is very dependable and reasonable. I will use him again on my next renovation.

After much thought, I went with Good Brothers Home Makeovers to remodel our old, outdated powder room/hall bathroom and family room after a referral from another client. Upon meeting the owner Frank, I knew he was the guy for the job. He is honest, easy to talk to, and gave good explanation and expectation of the job involved. One of my top priorities for home remodeling is having honest and reliable workers in my home since they are in our personable space each day. Frank let me know who were going to be in our home each day and the work being done that day, so there were no surprises. Things do come up which are not unexpected in any remodeling, but I would say they were minimal and it is easy to get a hold of Frank and have it taken care of right away. Even though I requested more things to be done along the way, like removing our exterior chimney, and converting our fireplace into electric, they managed to get the work done according to the proposed timeline. I had a good vision of what I want my hall bathroom and family room to look like and Good Brothers was able to achieve that for me. I am more than pleased with the end result as you can see from the “before” and “after” pictures. Communication is key to any remodeling and it helps to have someone like Frank who is easy to talk to and work with. I believe he will work very hard to achieve the best experience and customer satisfaction for your future remodeling projects!

Working with Good Brothers Home Makeovers was a wonderful experience. I spent many hours researching and checking references before starting a major remodel of our master bathroom. After meeting with Frank Bonilla, I knew I had found the best contractor for our job. He spent hours with me explaining in detail what would be done, going through the bid, listening to my ideas, and answering all my many questions. He stayed true to the estimate and help to keep us on budget. They are not only professional at what they do, but also reliable, dependable, and honest. The quality was beyond what we expected. Frank and Oscar were great to work with. We asked them to do follow-up work for several things the builder never finished up on our new home. Frank was flexible to work with us as we changed some priorities of what we wanted done. They installed a new front door, installed a new quartz countertop, made modifications to existing granite countertops and caulked some places around windows and bricks. They did good work and had a wide variety of skills. They completed the work promptly and stayed on site until all the tasks were completed.

We recently hired Good Brothers for a complete renovation of our master bathroom. We searched and interviewed many different contractors and ultimately decided on Good Brothers because of Frank. My husband and I are delighted with our decision. Frank and his team were extremely professional and worked to keep us on schedule and budget. No attention to detail was missed. We always knew ahead of time the schedule, who would be at our house, and when. My husband is a stickler for details, and even he was pleased with the attention to detail Frank was patient throughout the process and made excellent recommendations for project design when we needed it. The project came in on budget (Frank helped us make sure) and on time. We recently moved and the house we purchased required some serious remodeling. After talking to multiple contractors, we found one that really worked with us as we came up with designs and plans to fit our budget. Frank Bonilla of Good Brothers Home Makeovers came highly recommended by a friend, and all the references I checked also highly recommended him. We hired him for our two and a half month project and are so glad we did! It was an extensive remodel of our ground floor with new flooring, kitchen remodel and master bath remodel. Frank started by providing a detailed bid and contract. He thoroughly explained how changes would be handled and invoiced. On the day he started demo, he taped a detailed daily schedule of what would happen on our wall, and it included who would be doing it for the entire project. And he kept to it, in spite of the many changes we instigated. There was never a day that I didn’t know what would be happening and they showed up every day they were supposed to. One of the things I heard repeatedly about Frank, was the great quality of his crew of professionals, and they did not disappoint. All were professionals and did quality work. We are so very pleased we hired Good Brothers Home Makeovers and would definitely hire them again.

This is the second time I have used GBHM. I hired them for my shower renovation this time and I am very happy with the results. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. He was one of the only contractors who was encouraging when we told him that we were DIY'ers and wanted to take on a portion of the remodel to make the project affordable. We had our master tub replaced with a large shower and a custom closet built to our specifications. Miguel's expertise was evident in the beautiful job he did tiling some difficult areas. The entire team was hard working, happy, and respectful. I highly recommend them for your projects.
