I have been in construction for 50 years. I worked my way up through the trades, learning from the old time masters. As much as I enjoy remodeling , my hobby is building custom furniture. Sawdust is in my blood. When I was three years old, my grandmother would babysit me. Here she was with this wild child, one day she sent me outside with a newspaper and told me to whack all around the bottom of the tree to scare the bugs out of it (ok, I was only three and gullible) the thing is, when I placed my hand on the trunk of that tree, I felt the life within, and from that moment forward, I have been a carpenter

I play Dungeons & Dragons and wanted a new solution for our battle maps. I had an extra TV at home and found a way to project the maps on to the TV, but needed a safe way to lay the TV on its side. I found a video online and Michael at GOFG Woodworking brought it to life. I'm very satisfied with how it turned out. It took a little longer than I expected, but Michael was great about keeping in contact with me about what was going on with the project. I can't recommend him enough for your future woodworking projects.
