Gilpin Construction was started in 1992 by Eric and Deana Gilpin over the years we have had the pleasure of doing some wonderful projects for clients who have turned into cherished friends. Starting as a one man shop Gilpin Construction has grown and assembled a team of craftsmen , Designers and subcontractors that all have one thing incommon ,We like what we do, and we do it better than the rest. Eric, CEO and Deana , CFO have been part of Gilpin Construction since the beginning. Eric the son of a Master carpenter has been associated with the construction industry his entire life. Eric learned Carpentry the old school way, from a time before mass production and duplication . When individuality and craftsmanship meant some thing. Eric has stayed true to his roots. His experience and vast skill set has earned him the reputation as a complete remodeler. Deana has a back ground in economics, accounting and preforms the administrative part of the company. Her attention to detail and a tenacity for structured system keep things running smoothly
