Gammel Tile is the product of 3 generations of tile setters. Owned and operated by Matt Gammel in Sequim, WA. Gammel Tile specializes in ceramic, porcelain, marble, and granite tile installation. Tile installation available in showers, tub surrounds, floors, backsplashes, fireplaces, etc. Whether a new home or a remodel, Gammel Tile has the experience and expertise to help make your home beautiful. My Grandpa Bill started setting tile in 1950, when avocado green tile was a serious consideration for a kitchen backsplash. My dad, Randy, started setting tile with my Uncle Gary in 1977. We moved to Sequim in 1992 and my dad is still setting tile, though he is mostly retired now. I grew up working with my dad in the summers and for a few years after high school. Then I moved out of state and tried my hand at a few different things, but ended up coming back to the family trade. When dad was ready to retire I kept the business going and really enjoy it.
