I just completed a kitchen and living room remodel with Elite Construction and i could not be happier with the results! When i first contacted Jerry at Elite Construction I was living overseas. I obtained bids from 2 other construction companies for my project but Jerry's was the only one that i thought was fairly priced and was in a position to meet my required completion deadline. Jerry also took much more time in the initial consultation to understand my needs and my budget constraints and i was pleased when his bid clearly reflected that he had paid attention. We did all the initial consultations and design via Zoom, which worked very well. Since I was unable to be present during the first month of the project, Jerry recommended that i work with their designer, Claudia. This turned out to be a fantastic recommendation and in my opinion, money well spent! Claudia hit the ball out of the park with her design and was onsite and involved in all aspects of the project to ensure it was implemented successfully. I returned to the States about 4 weeks into construction and was blown away by the progress that had been made! The project manager, Ricardo, was fantastic. He was very responsive to calls and texts and made sure that everything his team did was quality work and that the house was left incredibly clean each night. I was so impressed with Ricardo and his team! Overall great experience and very happy with the final results! Highly recommend Elite!

We first used them for a full guest house remodel...including kitchen design team. They took guest house back to studs and reinstalled -drywall, trim woodwork, paint, kitchen and appliances and tiled bathroom. Kitchen was thoughtfully designed. It was a tight space and they paid attention to ensure doors didn't hit the oven handle etc and installed without incident. There were no 'down days' and I liked that they scheduled well. Their foreman Richardo is an excellent communicator. They also did a full repaint on exterior of the house and their work is holding up extremely well..that was 2 years ago and we have gone on to use them on other properties we have. Suzanne. Elite construction recently remodeled my bathroom. They were dependable and reliable they were available to answer questions and help me make decisions when I got stuck. Their crew was very respectful and I felt comfortable leaving them in my home. They were very fair in their pricing.

I love living in this house! The project took 6 months with a lot of moving parts. Coordination, communication and production schedules aligned. I love everything about the renovation, updates and installations. After living here more than 15 months I wouldn’t have changed a thing. The craftsmanship is outstanding. Elite Construction has performed a number of projects at our home. Each experience has been smooth and we are pleased with their work. Most recently they remodeled our entire kitchen and adjacent dining room. They finished on Tim and in budget. It was wonderful.
