Horrible , horrible, horrible. we have a leak and tens of thousands of dollars of damage and Matt will not return our calls. My next call is to my attorney. Do not use this company ( I think it is out of business) . During our job, Matt was never on the job site, The job went way over and the plumbing ( we are now discovering) faulty . Matt told us he had errors and omission insurance but now Matt will not return our calls or help us out in any way. Very disappointed , we were duped. From the other reviews , we are not the only customers that Matt has done this to. I now will get my home owners insurance and my attorneys involved.

I requested a tiny bathroom redo and was told it would take 3-4 weeks. It has now been 2 months and my texts and calls are going unanswered and not returned. Although Matt the owner seems like a kind person he has some serious organizational issues and does not follow through with what was promised. At this point the bathroom lacks about two days worth of work to complete. I can't even get him to do that. Its a shame because the work done so far looks great. Now my vanity lives in my living room where the Christmas Tree would go and there is no lighting in the bathroom. I was told it is quite expensive for the work that was done. I guess I should have listened. I actually asked him if he would get other work and not finish mine. He said no way. Well I guess I was right. So much for my holiday season.

Do not do business with this company. He took our deposit and a couple of progress payments from us, but he disappeared after that. Currently, we have one bathroom demo’d to the studs (the trash that was pulled out is currently still sitting in my driveway) and one bathroom that is incomplete. He even cashed a progress payment prior to actually hitting the agreed upon progress. Shame on me for trusting he would get it done. He also has a piece of furniture we were going to use as one of the vanities. Since the last payments, we have not had a return call, text, email, anything. This is despite many attempts, on our end, to contact Matt Eslick.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MATT OR THIS COMPANY. We signed a contract to renovate our kitchen and paid a deposit of $6,570. We then met to pick out everything and he said work would start the beginning of December. Our check cleared a month ago but he will not return any calls, emails, FB messages, nothing!

In October, 2016, we found a leak under our dishwasher that had spread and ruined our cabinets, walls, wallpaper and adjacent closet. After interviewing and checking references of several contractors we agreed to hire Matt, owner of Elegant Kitchens and Bath. He was not the lowest bid but his demeanor, styling ideas and straightforwardness convinced us that his was the right company for our job. As we witnessed the professionalism of him and his team, attention to detail no matter how small or large, eagerness to get the job done in time for us to host our annual Thanksgiving dinner, my husband and I decided to ask Matt to also give our master bath a complete renovation and update 3 other bathrooms including 4 dressing areas. We were/are pleased at how wise we were to have had Matt do all of this additional work! In the kitchen, he replaced cabinets and backsplash while expertly saving our existing countertops, which was not an easy feat. He gave us advice on new appliances and the best places to shop for them. His crew removed wallpaper and painted the walls and ceilings as well as repainted all of the cabinets, old and new. They also did all of the “Honey-do” items like changing out knobs, hanging light fixtures and fans. In our master bath all other contractors said they could not give us a ceiling fan since there was an upstairs room. Matt checked with his electrician and I am so pleased with the fan they installed!! Matt also enlarged our walk-in shower and added built-ins, changed to frameless glass door, new flooring, new hardware, framed existing mirrors, installed new granite countertops and sinks, and painted cabinets. In the other areas he updated all sink and tub fixtures/hardware. One bathroom caused quite a problem for the plumber due to very irregular pipes installed by the original builder. They gave us great advice, for which we are grateful, and decided to redo the whole shower plumbing and updated the surrounding tile! It is now our guests favorite bathroom! Throughout the process, communication was exceptional. Matt worked with us to find best vendors and prices, and his suggestions were always right. We still love al that Matt did to make us decide NOT to downsize but to stay in our home as we reach retirement. He was patient as we decided on things and then changed our minds several times! His work to get things perfect is not found often these days. Not only did Matt perform all of his magic on time, the price was fair and appropriate. Would we hire Matt again as our dreams and needs evolve? Absolutely!

Matt and his team remodeled our kitchen and coffee bar along with building a custom TV cabinet and painting throughout. We are very pleased with the results and almost three years later it still looks like new. We received multiple bids and his pricing was very competitive. We would highly recommend Elegant Kitchen & Bath.

What started out as a very good experience has turned into a nightmare. My bathroom looks absolutely gorgeous but is ruined by the floor that is completely grout haze covered. I have been begging Matt since the floor was put in to fix this and it’s falling on deaf ears. Our bathroom was completed three months ago and is an eyesore to even go in because the floor ruins the whole room. He has made promises that he would come and fix it repeatedly and nothing is ever done. The workers that worked in our home did not speak English so we were unable to let them know. The plumber he used charged us an exorbitant price, Supposedly clearing out a drain that was clogged to the tune of almost $500 in our sinks still run with very light force. The electrician he uses is his roommate and I found out does not even have his license and had to come back several times to fix different things. After talking with several friends who do real estate & flip Houses I’ve been told that we were gouged on this pricing. He obviously is paying minimum-wage workers and charging high dollar prices and then not backing up his work. Update: He sent out a man yesterday to supposedly clean the floor with TSP. We don’t know what are used he didn’t even bother to wear gloves but the floor looks no different it’s absolutely horrendous and totally ruined our whole bathroom our next step is to probably replace the floor. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life

If you're wanting elegance and perfection, I highly recommend these professionals. They have experience in renovations and new homes and an eye for design. With that being said, Matt listens to and understands clients' needs and wishes for new kitchens and creates something that is gorgeous and customized to fit beyond expectations. You'll love the efficiency & will be so proud to have guests over now and wish you had called them sooner

We contracted Elegant Interiors for a kitchen remodel. The 3 week project was on time and on budget. Very professional contractor who provided great ideas. We love the new kitchen and highly recommend the contractor.

Matt worked with us, helping us pick out equipment, paint and tile, paid close attention to what we wanted and gave us a great finished product! He followed up afterwards, and we gave him a second job. We are very pleased with what he did for us.

Matt and his crew were very professional and intuitive to our wants and needs for our remodel. He was extremely accommodating to all of changes throughout the process and there were many. He never hesitated on anything we asked for. We would highly recommend Elegant Interiors and use them for any future projects.

Matt and his crew did an extensive renovation of our kitchen and master bath. The result was great. Matt is very responsive and knowledgeable. He was able to give us some great suggestions we would have never considered. His crew did really wonderful work and they were upbeat and friendly every day. We would absolutely recommend them and plan to use them in the future.
