I had a design issue after a kitchen counter install. Courtney, the owner, was responsive and empathetic and offered resolutions to satisfy the issue. I feel certain we will work out a solution that is reasonable for us both!

Scratched granite while installing, did poor job on seems. Tried to fix but still not happy with end result. Seem is already coming out after just one year. We might have had bad luck this time around, we used them in another house and they did a perfect job there.

Best prices, amazing customer service, and knowledgeable installers!!! What else can you ask for? This only company to use for solid surface counters in north east Ohio. I am a general contractor with high expectations. Chippewa Stone delivers on every installation! They are my go to for all bathroom, and kitchens renovations for counter tops. You will not be disappointed!!!

We just completed a kitchen renovation, and Chippewa Stone provided the countertops. in addition to the huge selection and clean, quick professional installation; Chippewa Stone also handled two additional (unplanned) jobs for us. We couldn't be happier with the finished products, but it is their incredible customer service (thank you, Rada!) and flexibility that we will remember when the time comes for the next job. Great people to work with!!

We went to Chippewas Stone and worked with Rada to find the perfect piece of granite for our kitchen. She was extremely helpful in providing an honest opinion on which piece of granite matched our tile and cabinets. The entire process went very smooth.

We purchased countertops with the intention of installing our own tile backsplash. We were pleased with the installation (and ease of service), so we decided to get a quote for the tile. They gave us such a great place for the tile, the installation basically paid for itself. Aaron installed our tiles, and he did a wonderful job. Watching the installation process, I realized how stressful it would have been without professional guidance. The end result is perfection and we absolutely would have paid twice us much. We would highly recommend Chippewa Stone for countertops and tile installation.
