At Chic Floors we are successful with our clients because we know both the customer and his/her needs and our many products. We only provide products that we can stand behind and that we would use in our own homes. Thus we provide just the right options for a variety of scenarios and projects based on their needs. The client could be putting their home up for sale and need to make it ready for staging, they may be just moving into a new home and want to make it theirs with products that will grow with them, or, they may want to do a full home renovation. With the beautiful products that we have displayed and installed in our showroom, use of the design table, and knowledgeable staff, we pull together some amazing spaces! We call this Boutique Brilliance and Service; a customized approach to just what the client desires. Many of our clients are our neighbors. We have a very high word-of-mouth reputation. And we work very hard to maintain this. We listen to our clients and when they are happy they refer friends and family. This is the best part of what we do: work with cycles of friends and families produced from happy clients. And we strive to give back through sponsorships and events in our community.
