Kevin believes that building and remodeling a home is similar to the character of a person in that “to build you, you first have to pull back layers to uncover what is underneath, then you are able to fix the foundation for the rest of the story to be told.” Kevin believes that construction should be more than just the product, that it should also be about the Client and what “HOME” means to them. I had an outstanding experience with Capital Development and its owner, Kevin Nguyen, during a full basement remodel. Kevin's professionalism was evident throughout the project, ensuring clear communication and attention to detail. The efficiency of the team was impressive, completing the remodel within the agreed-upon timeline. Transparency was a key element, with Kevin providing regular updates and maintaining open communication about the project's progress. Capital Development is by far the best option in Metro Atlanta for home improvement and custom home models. Kevin and his staff does absolutely amazing work and are so experienced in custom designs and remodeling. I recently had Capital Development build a wooden bar for my outdoor patio and the results were amazing. They were so professional and were awesome to work with and brought my image of my patio bar to life. 10/10 experience!!

Kevin really strives for perfection, it’s no wonder he has already won an award for builder of the year. This guy is like bob the builder on steroids. In all seriousness, our new house needed serious remodeling and my wife and I were really struggling and anxious to find the right guy. Kevin popped out of nowhere like an angel and finished our project ahead of schedule and didn’t leave until we were fully satisfied. He is seriously taking his corporation to something great and i’m just glad we caught him at the right time.
