What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Betsy was a blessing to work with because of her knowledge, eye for design, scheduling of the work team with adequate materials from beginning to end. The team sent to do the actual work were not only professional but took great pains to clean up daily and keep my living space liveable. I have had a number of companies here to do work and until now had not found one I would want to work with again. I am already planning my next project with this stellar company. AND the finished bathroom has gotten me rave reviews from family & friends. I needed some new flooring and backsplash installed at my condo in Ocean City. I called Carpets and Renovations by the Ocean with a return call from Betsy (the woman who makes it all happen) within a few hours. She came out the next day and took measurements making great suggestions. The flooring and backsplash was ordered and the job was scheduled only to find out the backsplash was discontinued. Betsy and her colleagues made calls and found the tiles in Texas. Betsy and her crew did an EXCELLENT job -superior workmanship and customer service. Betsy gave me updates every couple of days. Betsy was always available to answer any questions. If you are looking for someone to do any upgrades or new projects I would definitely give this business a call. They deliver what they promise and do it so well. Will definitely give them a call in the future for any projects.

Remodeling a home is stressful. Now remodel a home while living 3 hours away the stress is off the charts. Betsy and the team at Carpets and Renovations by the Ocean took all of my stress away. The communicated daily and shared pictures. They took our "frat house" condo and transformed it into our beach home. They shared our vision and added ideas we never thought of to make the home beautiful.

Due to age, and some water damage, I needed to replace the carpet in all the bedrooms at our house at the beach. I was fortunate to work with Betsy from Carpets and Renovations by the Ocean, and she was so helpful, particularly because of having to replace a bit more than just carpet in the bedroom that was damaged by the water!/ She ordered new baseboard moldings, and worked with a timeline that may not have been the most convenient for them, but was necessary due to mitigating the moisture and mold(UGH!). The installers, were also incredibly knowledgeable, and their workmanship FAR outweighed those who originally installed the flooring! Everyone was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them for any flooring needs!

Betsy and the team from Carpets and Renovations by the Ocean did a fantastic job on my condo floors! She looked at the job in a timely fashion and then made recommendations that fit within our budget. The work was done quickly and professionally. During the job, a leak was found. One of their plumbers came in and took care of it the next morning! Betsy regularly updated me during the job and even sent photos. I worked with Betsy and Jorge at Carpets and Renovations by the Ocean on a multi-step project at our home in OCMD. We first added a staircase to the upper unfinished level for future before we had beautiful laminate flooring installed. Betsy also recommended a vendor to work with us to replace our existing fireplace and stone the facade. The work was perfect so we then contracted to complete the lower level flooring throughout the home. This is in addition to previous projects which included granite countertop and tile backsplash, as well as numerous projects in a previous home. Their work is excellent, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and Vad, the main carpenter, is a perfectionist. The results speak for themselves.

We were exceptionally pleased with the design and construction of our kitchen. Betsy was wonderful to work with, listening to our ideas and incorporating them, as well as offering suggestions and ideas of her own. She communicated well with our foreman Vad who was a master of his craft. Flooring was installed throughout our unit (luxury vinyl planks and carpeting) and the quality was impeccable. We would highly recommend this company and we are very particular people. Attention to detail is important to us and this company performed well.

Betsy was great. She went out of her way to provide information about the different options I had for replacing carpeting in a guest room as well as having others re-stretched. She checked on my decision making progress without ever putting pressure to decide quickly or pushing me toward a particular product. And, best of all, she made the entire project fun! In addition, the installers were wonderful, not only nice but also extremely proficient. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone, and will!

I had the pleasure of working with Betsy at Carpets and Renovations by the Ocean, a family run business. Betsy is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. My kitchen renovation was a wonderful experience. Betsy and her fabulous crew did my complete kitchen renovation in two weeks with minimal inconvenience. Betsy was always in close contact during the renovation and her experienced crew worked expertly and quickly; cleaning up as they went along each day. I am extremely pleased and will have Betsy and her crew return when I am ready to renovate my bathrooms.

All our dealings with this company went very well from the first fact-finding visits, samples, ordering and installation. Prices and selection were competitive and they had the floor (beach plank} we were looking for. Betsy was great to work with, she even showed up during and after installation. The installation crew was competent and cleaned up upon completion. Would use them again for future flooring needs.

Working with Betsy was a pleasurable experience, she went out of here way working with me and my granddaughter to insure the best results. The installation went great and the added touches she provided enhanced the overall project.
