Catalin and his crew remodeled my entire kitchen over the course of 4 weeks, July- August 2020. (One of the best things was choosing cabinets and counter-tops from Millennium Home Products, Inc, on Oregon Ave. - they are amazing and they recommended Catalin.) His work is detailed and done well. His people are friendly, respectful, and helpful. Catalin can initially be quiet and brief, but he listened and we talked when it was important for him to understand my vision. He was able to give good advice and to assure me the project would be done the way I wanted. It's been almost 4 months now and I am very happy with my new kitchen.

Catalin SAVED US!!!!!!! My wife and I were 10 weeks into a horrible kitchen remodel. We were working with an incompetent contractor who was taking forever to finish the kitchen. We fired him and hired Catalin to finish the job. Catalin's team did everything over & basically started from scratch (aside from the floor). His team did a PHENOMENAL JOB! They took exactly 16 days from the time we hired them to finish the kitchen. The prior contractor was well into 9 weeks of having our kitchen in disarray. Catalin's team was at our house by 8-8:30am everyday and worked at least 8 hours per day and also worked on weekends. They were very professional and paid attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a beautiful kitchen and also added some extra features and did work on other areas of the downstairs. I would refer them to anyone to have worked done on their home. I would give Catalin 10 stars if I could! AVANTGARDE is a contractor you can trust. We will bringing Catalin back to do other work on our home in the future.

Catalin and his crew did an amazing job on our bathroom. I loved how patient he was with me from start to finish. They arrived on time and started as soon as they arrived in the morning. They worked very neat covering all of my furniture and tv and set out a plastic path as not to track dust and dirt throughout. He gave me a time line which he stuck with and even gave me money saving ideas. I love my new bathroom. I would definitely use them again.

Catalin Cozma and his crew from Avantgarde Home Improvement redid my kitchen, partial redo of the bathroom, raised the ceiling in the master bedroom, and a ton of other little things (added a door to basement, painted everything, new basement windows, lighting fixtures, trim, shelves and several more odds and ends). He even added wood structural lattices to my backyard that look amazing that weren't part of the quote - for free. Many design ideas were his, and quite good, so he's like a "twofer": contractor + designer. We were on a budget, but the result looks much better than planned. He and his crews show up on time, he returns calls promptly, and he is the FIRST contractor I've ever worked with that got the project done on budget and on time. Hire Catalin, he's excellent.

Catalin and his team were professional, clean, and fast. They gave us our dream kitchen in less than a month and worked with our budget. Catalin allowed us to make decisions as we went along so we could really see the project come together. He was easily approachable by phone or text whenever we had questions, and he went above and beyond to get us everything we wanted.

Avantgarde's work is excellent. The project was a completely gutted and remodeled master bathroom of my recently purchased home, and installation of.new kitchen appliances. The owner, Catalin, and his crew at Avantgarde pay attention to detail, are reliable, and finish on schedule. Catalin also helped with design advice, and communicated regularly so we were always on the same page. The final product is amazing, and exactly what I envisioned. I highly recommend this contractor.
