Scam - Patrick Herbert was paid nearly $3,200 on April 17th 2017 to replace windows. He never did the work - never went to the house. He just took the money and ran - and dodged phone calls from us for over 4 months. Its now September 1st 2017 - Patrick has been requested to pay the money back and apparently he doesnt want to do that either. Beware of Patrick Herbert - I later find out that he's known for this. I have proof and copies of the check if verification is needed. In the process of filing police report.

I am very sickened with patrick and this company..he had taken $7000. From an 88 year old man and has not finished the rest of his work he will not respond and there is no office to see him at. SHAMEFUL do not trust him he is very good talker

I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with Patrick and this company. We paid a hefty deposit in March with the promise of having windows in May. Now we don't have windows and can't even get them to pick up the phone. Since customer service doesn't seem to get a response, I am hoping this might prompt somebody to return a call so we can resolve this matter. At this point, I want my money back or my windows, and the courtesy of a response.

I hired Patrick to install some LP Siding on my two story 1964 house. The job included tearing off old vinyl siding and the original wood siding, putting new insulation in, wrapping the house in plywood and water barrier, then installing the LP siding over that and then painting and reinstalling the gutters. While there were some issues with sub-contractors, Patrick was able to resolve those quickly and ensure quality workers were on the job at all times. He kept me updated throughout the project and took personal responsibility to ensure everything was done with the highest quality. While Patrick mainly does windows, I would recommend his company to anyone looking to get LP Siding installed on their home.

Pat and his team where amazing. The windows were installed on time and way under budget. The best company in town hands down.

We are very pleased with the job Better Windows & Doors did with our windows. Our original windows were so old and Patrick took there time to explain what was being done, what we were getting and how it was going to be installed. We were not over sold or pressured in any way. It was a great experience. And the windows not only look good, but work fantastic. They block noise, heat, and cold. We love them. Would hire them again, and will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

You fully explained the ordering process and manufacturing times, as well as communicating the installation schedule. Your installer showed up on time, took great care to keep debris to a minimum and cleaned up when finished. A professional job and you delivered. Updated 12/15: Several of the screens to the windows were missing and one was the wrong size. It wasn't a big issue, but I haven't been able to get a call or text back from Patrick since the summer when he last promised to have it taken care of. I would still recommend based on the speed of installation and how well it was done to begin with, but don't expect support after the job is complete and don't let them leave until the job is fully done. Patrick was excellent throughout the process. I called several companies to get quotes, and he was the first to call me back, set an appointment quickly and meet our timeline. We had a window break within 30 days of a big party at our house and thought we were going to have to go with single pane replacement. Better Windows was able to get all the windows replaced on the front of our house in weeks! Pricing was great among the companies we spoke to, and the windows he recommended are outstanding. They made a major improvement to the curb appeal of our home in addition to keeping it cooler and being easier to clean.

I recently purchased Simonton replacement windows and new James Hardie siding from better windows and doors for my home located in North Dallas a pricing service and punctuality or second to none I highly recommend better windows and doors and patrick my home looks wonderful

We met with Patrick and purchased 17 windows for our home. The original date to have the windows installed feel through due to a shipping issue with Simonton Windows. The mistake was quickly resolved and the windows were promptly put in the following week. Otis and the installers did a great job installing the windows. They were quick, efficient, professional, polite, and most importantly installed the windows correctly with no "cutting corners". They completed the job in one day. Besides the shipping issue, that was quickly resolved by Patrick, I would not hesitate to refer Patrick, Otis, and their team to a friend or family for their window needs.

I contracted with Patrick and team from BetterWindowsOnline to replace 13 original windows in my 1968 home with new Simonton Vinyl Windows.
