I worked with Kristina Hampton last week to complete the plumbing needs for our renovation. She was incredibly efficient, organized and made the experience very pleasant. I have worked with Moore Supply for over 8 years as a builder/designer, and they have always provided an extremely high level of Service. Mike Cottrell, Mary Sheek, and Kristina Rubenstein are all responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to assist in addressing any issues. In custom homebuilding, there are a multitude of problems that can (and do) arise, and the most you can ever ask from a sub or supplier is that they eagerly dive in to help resolve it. Moore Supply never lets us down. Even when issues weren't their fault, Mike was quick to help find a solution. I am confident sending any of our clients into their showroom because I know they're in good hands. Mary and Kristina make the selection process seamless and efficient, and are hands-on all the way through the installation. Couldn't ask for more! Thanks Moore Supply, for all you do!

I ordered plumbing fixtures and trims here for a major master bath remodel and a kitchen expansion remodel. The sales person that helped me was nice enough and had some suggestions that were good but some of the products were disappointing. I ordered a Black Matte flange for my kitchen sink to match my faucet and it scratched and chipped almost immediately. When I brought it to the attention of the sales dept., they checked with the rep and I was told, sorry, no warranty. Then I was given the option to buy it again, or another product (cheaper and resistant to chipping...hmmm). Why would I want to purchase the same defective product again? Ok, I digress... So, I'm buying one a few dollars cheaper but still have to hire a plumber to come out and replace the piece. Not sure how much more this will cost, but at least 65$ just to get him there. The product was "Brasstech 112/56 disposal flange". Another product they recommended was a square drain for my shower floor. While aesthetically pleasing, it doesn't drain well despite the plumber and tile guy working together to make sure there was enough "Slope" The edges of the drain cover don't seed nicely into it's holder, making water pool. Not a huge issue, but disappointing that I have to scrape the water out of the shower when finished if I don't want a small pool of water sitting around.

The Kitchen and Bath Showplace is a great company to work with. Katy, Mike, and Kristina are well versed in the products and excellent with keeping up with the codes and new technology which helps me to focus on the rest of the project. They keep the designers up to date by hosting CEUs so I can offer my clients the latest in technology, trends and the newest products. Additionally, if there is ever any issue with a product they are on top of the issue to get it resolved quickly and properly. I highly recommend this group!
