Ordered kitchen countertop, backsplash, and sink through Home Depot who subcontracted out to KBR. First countertop installation was cancelled during the arrival window because they broke it, wasting my time. Waited over a week for rescheduled installation. That installation was a failure as they forgot to remanufacture the backsplash. Still waiting for backsplash to be installed. KBR subcontracted kitchen sink plumbing. First install was unsuccessful. Leaking handle on new Delta faucet. Second repair visit was told the leak was fixed, only to observe leaking immediately thereafter. Plumber and KBR have offered no correction other than suggestion to try to exchange new (already installed) faucet at Home Depot where purchased. A huge mess for what should have been a simple project. Do not waste your time and money on KBR. Check with Home Depot to ensure they are not subcontracted.

Absolute terrible experience. I was told quartz countertop would be one slab and it came in two so there is a seam. The seam looks terrible and doesn’t even match. It has a raised lip on the edge where it is not flush. The under mounted sink is hanging on by wood that is simply resting on a screw. Have not been able to plumb sink because if I add water it will collapse. Called management for 3 days straight with no returned calls. Correspondence was always same day until there was an issue. They will not even return home depot calls. To top it off the damaged our BRAND NEW REFRIGERATOR. Terrible company who does not stand behind the work they do.***** I highly highly recommend getting your countertops elsewhere.*********

Ordered Toscana Cream quartz countertops and high backsplash through Home Depot and were contracted out locally to KBR for install. A few hiccups with measuring but KBR made it right and their crew were all super nice and communicative. We were aware there would be a seam due to our L shape kitchen, but it is very inconspicuous, hardly noticeable, and they did a great job. We love our new countertops and especially the under mount sink.

This company does not stand by their work. After complaining about the install of my formica countertop not even 2 months later the seam swelled. Yep they said it was all my fault!!! They didn't even cut it straight by my oven. They are not reputable and won't fix what is clearly their fault.

KBR did a wonderful job installing our bathroom countertop. The installers were very good, courteous and clean. I will definitely use them for our upcoming kitchen renovation and will recommend others utilize their expertise and products.

We are very happy with our new counter tops from KBR! We were invited to inspect the granite piece beforehand. Bailey was very professional both on the phone and email. We were kept informed regarding the measuring and the installation. There was something on the counter top that I wasn't sure of so I called and it was inspected within days of that call. Seems it was just some caulk that came right off. This is our first granite counter top and I wasn't taking any chances of messing it up! Thanks for the amazing job!

KBR did not meet my installation standards. The installation team did not listen to my concerns when the countertop was offset from the undermiunt sink by several inches. They said they would remove the countertop and take it back to their shop to fix it but only readjusted so it is now hangibg over the sink on both sides. They did remove the white caulk and placed clear caulk around the granite. I have. Voice message from them telling me what I could expect but ton one will return my calls, so now I will have to pursue correction through other avenues.. Theur craftsmanship and customer service are under par.

As a kitchen designer, I have worked with KBR more than several times for my clients. They do an excellent job from the scheduling, to the template, to final install. I would recommend them to any of my clients.

I have been using KBR for my clients countertops for over 10 years now. They run the tightest ship around in the granite, quartz and solid surfacing business. They cross their i's and dot their t's on every job and their seams are great. Every job is laser templated, the homeowner signs off and, as the designer, I sign off on the paperwork paperwork as well. Everything is documented to insure the perfect countertop! They are also one of the only suppliers that I know of that offers a unique service called Slabsmith. It adds about a week of lead time, but for those homeowners who choose granite with a lot of movement, it's a fantastic tool!
