Nine years ago, Copper Innovations reinstalled a copper roof damaged by hail. Unknown to us, a portion of the roof should have had a "kick-out" installed to prevent water from slipping down the siding and window molding below. Over the course of several years. the water penetrated the Hardie Plank siding and caused separation and discoloration down the side of the home. We repaired this damage for $850, owing to the need to replace number of the siding pieces, repainting, etc.. We asked C.I. to repair the roof itself based upon their professional website, and not recalling that they did the original work. The technician told me the original job should have included a kick-out. We found that C.I. did the original work, and we asked for some consideration on the repair (only $250). The answer from the owner was, no, it is out of warranty. Very disappointing. He never saw the site and never spoke to me. I guess anyone can build a professional website. I recommend you stay away.

Copper Innovations was a dream to work with during my kitchen renovation. When I encountered significant delays, they were patient and understanding. Their customer service was above and beyond, and of course, their work was stellar. Their brass work on my hood is the highlight of my kitchen. I highly recommend them for their quality and service.

The design process was fun and easy. Jams came to the house to look at the space and other metal finishes in the house. His design was right on the money and he also incorporated my suggested edits.
