Casa Mare Exclusive Design

My vanity arrived damaged, with 2 drawers and 1 door (out of 4 total) misaligned, with the biggest issue being the two drawers that rub against the side of the doors. In a world of companies that generally stand behind their products, I learned quickly that Casa Mare does not. They have not replied to multiple emails with pictures asking for help on getting replacement parts or a new vanity. When I call, I get the "let me talk to my manager" deflection trick and never hear back from them. I am willing to try to fix it myself and have tried different ways to fix it on my own watching various videos online (while patiently wait for someone to get back to me), but the drawers will not realign and I'm basically stuck with a $1k piece of junk that I can't use. This vanity was a splurge and I am regretting giving these people my business. Until they are willing to help me find a solution after two weeks of requests through email and phone calls, I can't recommend this company and advise you stay away.
