Thomas Wall Covering

As for this site, Thomas presented as a professional who used Benj. Moore paint, primed and then applied two coats of paint. We had four doors and the trim in the kitchen painted. I told him my color choices. He showed up with an off white that was no where near what I had selected. He spent at least a 1/2 hr. arguing with me why that color was right. I ran out and bought something at Sherman Williams. He took the paint with him each night. When he left, we discovered that the paint can label had been painted over hiding the Behr brand with primer included. On his home site he has a video warning against using that formula. He did not remove hardware. He spilled paint down the side of my new washer and on the tiled and grouted floor. He never mentioned it. After he left I also found black splatters all over the white cabinets in the utility room and on the wall paper surrounding the sink. When I called to ask him why he thought it was okay to leave it like that, he said he felt he had spent enough time at our house. There were miscellaneous other minor mishaps like paint on the wallpaper under the trim. He did offer to come back to fix it, although I was a woman who could never be satisfied. Giving him one star calls him a pro. I would argue with that.
