I contracted with Ron to refinish my deck in May of 2018 and do some exterior carpentry work as well. He does an excellent job and is very conscientious about his work......something that you don't find very often and he is there when he says he will be. He will be the "go to" guy anytime I need painting related services. He deserves more than 5 stars!

I set up appointments for estimates with 3 contractors to repair wood siding and paint the house and trim. Two were smaller firms and they were on time for their appointments. The two on time let me walk them around the house, I showed them the bad spots and asked how they would handle them. Both painting contractors described the repair options and painting methods in detail. I had complete confidence in both of these contractors, I chose The Perfectionist House Painting LLC. Both firms had great reviews; The Perfectionist had more favorable exterior house paint reviews. He provided detailed information on the scope of work, the cost and schedule. He kept the schedule and kept me informed throughout the entire job. He worked with my hectic schedule. When I wasn't on site he sent me pictures of a problem area and how he would handle it. Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns and suggestions. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I had a great experience for this job. From the initial estimate, through the entire job I had complete confidence in the quality of the work performed. Job Included A) Power wash (from up close to really get the loose paint off) B) Scrape all failing paint & prime C) 60 Yr. caulking to be applied D) Replace rotted wood with 4’ splices ( The one large paint contractor didn't want replace individual boards, they wanted replace a very large portion of the affected wall) E) Spray with SW SuperPaint F) Brush & roll trim G) Clean up & walk through

Ron was recommended but Jose Reyna who built our deck and pergola cover. After texting Ron and describing our project, he responded quickly and was able to fit us into his schedule. The scope of the project included power washing & staining a 16' x 10' exterior patio cover and painting newly installed flashing at the top of the pergola. Ron and his team arrived on time and did a great job. Ron and his team are thorough, neat & professional. They lived up to the title of the company "The Perfectionist." We will definitely use them again for our next project.

Mr. Emens came to my home and provided me a detailed proposal for power wash and staining my large patio deck. His company provided great service and results. I highly recommend this company to others.

Ron and his crew did a great job They masked every thing off to avoid getting paint and stain where it was not wanted after they where done they did a great job cleaning up. Ron paid great attention to detail my house looks great I also had a beautiful pergola that the weather had beaten up and he got it looking brand new. I would use him again in a heart beat
