Beware when hiring this company. I discussed I only wanted the highest quality of paint. I was quoted SW Duration Paint. I even asked to upgrade bathroom paint. I have e-mails where he said it was not an issue if I selected a BM paint. His wife said, "we actually prefer" Benjamin Colors. After many issues with the paint not covering, it turned out he substituted the lowest grade of BM builder paint. On the ceiling he used Ultra Hide and walls Ultra Spec, which was never discussed. He tried to tell me that the supply rep told him BM ultra hide was the same as SW Duration. I called the supply company, their supervisors & was told, they would never say that, as there is no comparison & what he used is builder grade paint recommended for new construction.The cheap ceiling paint was not the color my designer was used to. He said the paint could not go from 50% to 100% saturation and my designer said it could. He charged me $250 for a 1/2 filled 5 gallon bucket of ultra hide that, and misrepresented the distributor by claiming, they said color could not be added to the existing paint. Again, I called the supply company and they said, they never said that, as it is very common. All the prep was after we complained and the walls were painted. Did not use any furniture slides to move furniture and damaged our floors. Clean up is a disaster. Still have unpainted sheetrock putty where prep was done last. Very sloppy work. Sprayed texture to correct over-sanding.
