Majestic Painting, Flooring and Countertops

I hired General Contractors to renovate my house April 2017 and it now September 19, 2017. I have no bathroom, my kitchen is incomplete, no mini-split AC and no new windows. I have paid them over $20,000 and have only completed siding, exterior painting, front porch and back deck (my back deck stairway legs are cracking). There have been times I had to stay in the hot house sometimes during the month July and August because unable to afford to stay in hotel because it has begun to affect my day to day finances. I have express my frustration about circumstances they have put me in due to multiple no show of no completed projects. In response from Ron we are going to get to the bottom this. Chris in response continues to tell me about his personal problems. After 4th of July they began to come out when they get ready to. I have discover they have not file a permit with the City of Fort Worth, Texas for my bathroom that demo on August 7, 2017 nor have they file a permit for my windows that I have already paid them for. I am currently staying at hotels because my house is not in livable condition. I called and spoke with Ron on September 11, ask for him and Chris to come and fix my house, his response was unable to do so, due to Kris action filing for Bankruptcy, I am sorry. My response it is not in livable condition and I have paid you the money, have no running water, no AC, no windows. I am a single woman that has been taken advantage of from the General Contractors I hired. I hired them because of there 30 years of experience. I have taken off work, to somehow get my house back in livable condition and seeking help regarding Ronald and Chris taken my money without completing the renovation projects insult to injury left my house where is not livable. I need your help and by asking when did you order my windows and mini split AC? I am wondering what have they done with money I paid them. It does not take over 50 calendar days to remodel a bathroom and kitchen of my size of my 730 square foot home. I need your help getting my house to a home again. As of today still no communication from Chris and Ron owner/General Contractors of Majestic Flooring and Countertops.

Majestic, had done work on our kitchen with a facelift to our cabinets and backsplash. The work was done in the timeframe they projected and the crew were very skilled and also respectful. We are considering hiring Majestic back for a remodel and extension to our laundry room and bathroom.
