James Kaye Painting & Repairs is a full-service, licensed, insured painting, handyman and sandblasting contractor. James, a San Diegan since 1972, originally worked for large local contractors, ultimately receiving his own contractor's license and has been in business in San Diego since 1988. We work on all kinds of projects, large and small, residential and commercial. Our specialty is residential, however, we have worked on new construction and commercial jobs, including condominium developments, bank buildings, property management company projects, retail, office and tenant improvements, restaurants, military bases and government projects. If your home or business is in need of a complete restucco, we have relationships with some of the best stucco contractors in the county and will be happy to gather several estimates for you on restucco with no mark-up or additional fees. We work on time and on budget and do not leave until the job is complete, and will work evenings and weekends as the job requires.
