G&L Painting

Glen was great at the start of the project, however, he subcontracted the painting out and the sun did not finish the job. Glen did not follow through and either finish the job or reimburse us for the cost. Poor finish

Glen and his guys finished painting the exterior of our house 3 weeks ago. Glen is knowledgeable and helped with a couple colour choices. His guys are professional, friendly and easy to be around. They did a great job for a very reasonable price and I recommend G&L Painting.

Glenn was such a pleasure to work with, as well as his crew. They were all so accommodating with what we wanted done, even with us changing our mind mid-steam - they just wanted us to be happy. So professional all the way through. The crew was amazing as they shared the workspace with our two toddlers most of the time, and were so respectful of that, and we're so good with them! Glenn was especially amazing with the kids. The job they did was fantastic and we would highly recommend them!

Very satisfied with Glen’s services. He sprayed our closet doors and ended up charging us less than originally quoted. The closet doors look amazing. I will be using G&L Painting again!

I wanted to acknowledge Glen, the owner of G&L Painting, for how professionally he runs his business. a) I liked the idea that he included in his cost the services of an Interior Designer. Joy, the designer with Benjamin Moore, brought to my home many samples of paint colors and took the time for us to select the best color option. She had suggestions about tiles around the stove and fireplace and returned for another visit with samples. I appreciated her professional advice and her friendly personality. b) Glen has this easy going, gentle personality. And what I came to realize during this job is that he is a man of honor and integrity because he is totally committed to making sure that he and his company provide you, the customer, with 100% satisfaction c) Even though our painting job had a rocky start, Glen demonstrated that any job he takes on must have his 100% stamp of approval with him leaving a satisfied customer!! At the start, one of the workers actually did not do that great of a job with the cutting between the ceiling and the wall in a number of rooms. There was drywall work to be done and it was not done properly. HOWEVER, I saw that Glen quickly sought to rectify the situation. Even though the job was paid in full, Glen wanted to see a satisfied customer. He brought in a certified dry wall person to complete the job. He arrived himself with a team of two others and re painted areas that needed to be re done. d) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND G&L Painting!!! Glen, the owner, stands behind the products he uses, and most importantly, Glen truly lives his life by a code of honor to do the best work possible, no matter how big or small the job is, and he takes on a job, always with the intent that the job is done to the complete satisfaction of the customer. e) By hiring G&L painting, you would definitely have a pleasant experience with work 100% guaranteed!!!!

G & L Painting was recommended to me by the local Home Home Hardware Store located in Westsyde Kamloops. I called Glen for a quote and he came to the house to have a look. Was very polite and complemented our home. Glen provided a fair price for painting our ceilings in the home, gave me a date and then confirmed that they would arrive on that date by 9 am. Two painters arrived on time and had completed the job that day. Very professional and cleaned up their mess from painting. We are very satisfied with the work and would recommend G & L Painting to anyone who needs a professional painting job done on time and with a good price. We found Glen at the Kamloops Home Show. We needed somebody to hang wallpaper. Glen came over to do this job for us and he noticed the wallpaper was defective. It was a factory defect....so finally after 4 rolls and numerous visits from Glen we finally got some good wallpaper and he got it up in record time. We found him to be very friendly and on time. A job well done and looks great. Would highly recommend him. He also has a great sense of humor. His price is very reasonable. May need a painter in the near future...so be prepared Glen...lol Sorry-don't have picture Deb/Bruce

I hired G&L Painting to paint the interior of my house. The owner set up a meeting to do an estimate in a timely fashion. During the estimate, the owner informed me that they also painted cabinets and gave me a reasonable quote to paint my kitchen and bathroom cabinets that I was considering replacing or refacing. I was able to have the paint matched to other cabinets I had purchased and when a mistake was made on the paint colour, they rectified the problem swiftly and without argument. I am very happy that I was informed about their ability to paint the cabinets. The interior wall, ceiling, and trim painting, along with all the cupboards painted, has completely transformed my house! Overall it was a very good experience and the results look very professional.

It has been a great pleasure working with Glenn and his crew(s), the professionalism of not only himself but his staff is a breath of fresh air. He works to deadlines and budgets, and, will manage the crews to work around any schedule if necessary. Glenn personally inspects the workmanship after a project, followed up with not only myself but the owners to make sure that everyone was happy with the end product. Glenn and his team were very knowledgeable about what kind of paint to use when repainting my cabinets in the kitchen and the bathrooms. They also repainted my living room and hallway.
