I’m very happy to recommend Good House Painting for contracting work. We recently worked together on a small corner near our hand washing sink that needed some attention. Monica removed the existing corner that was peeling and deteriorating; she then re-beaded the corner, speckled/sanded and painted the entire area to match the remainder of the wall. Additionally, she reattached a few loose tiles in our backsplash. As we hadn’t worked together before, I went into the project with an open mind and was very satisfied with her work ethic, the work itself and her communication along the way. Our commercial space is open long hours and she was very accommodating when it came to working after hours. She was also super clean! I hope we can work together in the future!

Great job on painting several rooms in our house, but there’s more to it than the quality of the paint job. You can trust Monica in your home and she leaves the space clean. She communicates when she’s coming and let’s you know if she’ll be late. She provides a fair price and makes sure you’re satisfied with the work before you are billed. Plus, she actually enjoys painting (!), whether it’s full rooms or touch-ups after repairs. Good energy all around. I wouldn’t hesitate to give her five stars and have already recommended her to several neighbors who have also been happy with GOOD HOUSE Painting LLC.

Good House has completed many turnovers for me, ranging from particular touch ups to full reno painting! They always do a great job, pay attention to detail and the best part I think is their communication and attentiveness regarding the scheduling, updates, and progress of work until completion. My favorite trusted vendor (this past year I had over 100 turnovers, and 1500 work orders, and Good House is one of my top vendors to use. Highly recommended.
