CEILINGS AND WALLS: The average cost for repainting the 3-bed semi-detached house would be between €1200 and €1600 paint not included. The surfaces will be prepared, cracks and holes on the walls will be fixed with filler and caulk . 2 coats of paint on all ceilings, 2 coats of the color of choice on all walls. WOODWORK: The average cost for repainting the woodwork (doors, architraves, skirting boards) in a 3-bed semi-detached house would be between €1000 and €1400 paint not included. I prepare the surface of the woodwork and fix any cracks with filler and caulk. Then I apply 1 coat of undercoat on woodwork and 1 coat of satin to finish woodwork. EXTERIOR PAINTING: Average cost to repaint the exterior of a house would be between €500 and €1000 paint not included. PAINTING ONE ROOM: Average cost to repaint one room would be between €150 and €250 paint not included. ALL PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE.
