If it was possible to leave zero stars, we would. After finally getting a confirmation (after we emailed twice and called twice) that work would begin today as scheduled, it's 5pm and no one has yet to show or call to update us. I totally understand that things come up, but for a company that prides itself on customer service, one would expect basic forms of communication to be a minimum. If we end up getting any work done, we'll update the review afterwards

We hired CertaPro to paint the exterior of our older home. The weather conditions during the job varied wildly, but the level of commitment and hard work did not vary at all. When it was inclement weather, Sebastian and Freddy worked through. I was so impressed by the dedication and thoroughness. And they could not have been nicer. Overall, just a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them!

First the good, then the bad. They were reasonably priced and the painters did nice work. The salesman that came to do the estimate was on time and professional. Now the bad. Once you sign the contract their response time to any questions or concerns is either very long or there is no response at all. The communication with the painters was poor at best, otherwise the painter would have arrived at the job with paint, especially since l had submitted my paint color selections a week in advance. An hour and a half was wasted going g to buy the paint. Fortunately, they were still able to complete the job by 6:00 pm.

I would hire CertaPro again and have recommended it to friends. They did a great job painting our condo. Their estimate was competitive. They were neat, courteous and finished the job on time.

The representative arrived at the time he's said he'd be at the house (which was only one day after my phone call), he was knowledgable and professional. The painter CertaPro used was also very professional, neat, and the painting was excellent. I also liked the price quoted.
