Scott started in the painting business when he was still in high school and working for a company in Beverly Hills, CA. He worked on many prominent proprieties. After high school Scott moved to northern California and worked for a couple of other painting companies before deciding it was time to get his C-33 painting contractorís license. Scott Risingís Painting company was first founded in 1991 in Santa Rosa, CA. He ran his business there until 2003 when he decided it was time to leave CA in search for a better quality of life. Scott Rising’s Painting Company has been and operated by Scott in LA Plata County CO. since 2003.
