I’ve done a lot of painting in my day. I’ve also hired a lot of people to paint -from day labors to professional firms. 360 Painting is the best I’ve ever worked with. They have painted both the inside and outside for us in the past. This time we worked with Lorna’s team for our house in Bethesda MD near Washington DC. The quote was very detailed and meticulous. The price was fair and even less expensive than some “Craigslist type” painters. They even did a little extra touch-up work that we had not discussed and there were no surprise additional fees when the bill came. Their team spent the bulk of their time doing immaculate prep before painting. They cleaned up after each day so we could still live in our house without feeling like we’re in a construction zone. The results were amazing and we would recommend 360 painting without reservation.

We hired 360 Painting of DC this summer to repaint our house exterior. Lorna was very attentive and helpful in selecting the right colors and sheens. The project included whole house exterior preparation and painting with several surfaces (bricks, siding, concrete stairs, and downspouts) , as well as exterior shutters and metal railings. The team very carefully protected everything first, then power washed the whole house, including two chimneys, repaired as needed, primed the damaged areas, and then applied the paint we selected, Overall a great job, everyone was very helpful and attentive to details. When the rain washed out the fresh paint on the basement stairs, Lorna and her team were quick to react and give it another coat of paint. We are very happy with the finished work, and the overall experience with Lorna and het team. Thank you Lorna!

As the project manager we worked with from start to finish, she made sure the project was completed to our satisfaction, and in fact to her own high standards that may have been higher than ours, but not at any added cost. Our house in Georgetown needed a complete repainting from top to bottom, and we also were looking to complete a challenging wallpapering in one room, that required reconstructing the crown molding after the upholstered wall covering was removed. Lorna made sure the painting task was completed just as we'd asked, and at a competive price as we had bid out the project among vendors. She also gave a competitive bid on the wallpapering and crown molding reconstruction task, which was then completed at or above our standards. Even when I had moment of doubt as the painting began (my choice of paint colors was quite bold), Lorna, Nelson and her team were patient and reassuring and also flexible as we ended up adding a few items to be painted (mailbox and the back of the fence). The end result was absolutely transformative and has made our 1970's dated house look and feel so much more modern and architectural. I cannot recommend Lorna and her team at 360 Painting of DC enough and am looking forward to painting and wallpapering some of our interiors!

We hired 360-Painting to paint the exterior of our home. Lorna prepared a detailed 12 + page estimate w photos to facilitate our understanding of the project requirements and the itemized associated costs. This was in comparison w 4 other single page bids providing a single total cost estimate. 360's estimate was fairly priced, the work was done by competent and reliable workers exactly on schedule, and the quality of the results was outstanding. The project manager was responsive to all requests and took special care in clean up at the project completion. I will definitely use 360-painting again for my next project!

Excellent customer service from start to finish, and the results were exactly what we were hoping for. Our exterior trim needed significant wood rot repair along with the painting, and Lorna talked us through how she'd approach the repairs (as we did the initial pre-quote inspection). Her quote included detailed photos and specifics on the scope of work along with 360's insurance certificate. Our project started and finished on time, even after we asked to expand the scope, and the 360 team was professional and courteous (to us and our neighbors) throughout the process. Lorna or Nelson were on site every day, and we did two quality walk-throughs prior to the final walk-through. We have already had neighbors ask about using 360 based on the work they did for us, and we will definitely work with 360/Lorna again.

Lorna Kerr and her professional wallpaper contractors did a fabulous job for me. The contractors were on time, courteous, always wore disposable shoe covers while working, and overall did a fantastic job. Lorna was willing to work with our budget. The wallpaper that I picked was not the easiest to work with: it is textured and was quite a challenge to line up (which was my initial worry). It was not an issue for these wallpaper installers! They even tried to conserve resources, and I was able to return 1 roll of wall paper for a refund. My wall looks gorgeous! I highly recommend 360 Painting of DC. You won't regret if you hire them!
