Professionalism: In our opinion, very poor level of professionalism. Knowledge: Based on our experience and in our opinion, the contractor was not very knowledgable of industry standards and building code based on the fact they suggested a design to which we agreed and their own foreman indicated it was against code. A great deal of oversight was also necessary throughout the project. Work Quality: In our opinion, you can do-it-yourself and be on par with this company. Deadlines: In our experience, the project was anticipated to be 8 wks and contract signed on 04AUG16. Project started 14SEP16 and was completed 10MAR17. Budgets: In our opinion, pricing started as fair, but despite the homeowners prompt payment per agreed pay schedule, the owner requested early payment numerous times despite project delays. A sub-contractor of the company even asked us to be paid as the owner did not pay him. The owner attempted to restructure the pricing near the end of the project without change orders and despite the contractor agreeing to pay for certain aspects of the project and agreeing via email to drop cost for items not provided, they later tried to add the cost back in indicating the previous prices were “bundled.” No mention of this previously. The owner threatened to put a lien on our house before the project was even complete despite being paid per the agreed upon schedule.

I was very pleased with the services I received from Home Rejuvanators. Kent and Anna Yeasley were extremely easy to work with and we collaborated well together. They were very respectful of our budget and we were able to stay within it. The guys that worked with them were very nice too. We were able to stay within the window of construction time, give or take a few days, and they were very careful to let me know in advance if there would be any delays. There was never a time that I was waiting for someone to come and no one came. All in all, I was very happy with our final bathroom and I would definitely have them come again when/if the occasion arises. I would highly recommend them to friends.
