We recently purchased a home that was perfect for our family, but it was dated and needed an overhaul. We knew we needed a designer with vision and enthusiasm to make our house a home for us. After getting estimates and plans from other designers, we met with Rayan from RAJ Kitchen & Bath. His vision for our space was beyond what we could have imagined and so began a complete first-floor gut renovation. Rayan’s design was beautiful; every detail was thoughtful and purposeful. Rayan’s design was custom-tailored for our needs and maximized every inch of space. Our must-haves included adding a primary bathroom. Rayan’s masterful design turned one spacious but dated bathroom into a luxury primary bathroom with plenty of room for a comfortable and well-appointed guest bathroom, all without compromising other spaces in the layout. He also designed a truly open-concept first floor with a stunning kitchen and overall layout that maximized aesthetic and functionality. Rayan worked with us to understand our needs and our personal style and helped us with everything from paint color to hardware and lighting fixtures. Rayan and his team managed our project with utmost professionalism and full transparency on every dollar spent. He worked to keep the job within our budget and kept things moving as efficiently as possible to get the job done without compromising quality or design. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and are so grateful to Rayan and his team for treating our home like their own.

I love my new kitchen, and what I love even more is the lack of effort it took on my part. I trusted Rayan's design skills (after reading countless great reviews) and just let him take the wheel. I knew I wanted a waterfall island and light (but not white) cabinets. Otherwise, I chose the light fixtures, hardware and appliances and left the rest to Rayan. What I ended up with is a beautiful, light gray kitchen with a distinctive custom design that I will enjoy for years to come. The contractor Rayan engaged (Machado) was also excellent. The only hiccups were with the marble manufacturer (for example, on one occasion he was "20 minutes away" and simply never showed), but the project was otherwise seamless, even with being completed during a pandemic. I'm sure I will use RAJ Kitchen & Bath again in the future.

I have wanted to renovate my master bath for years, but could never get the project off the ground. Rayan drew up plans which allowed me to rethink the way the space was utilized and I now have a new bathroom that includes all my wish list items. Beyond design, the cohort of specialists he recommended worked collaboratively to make the bath a reality in a timely fashion.

We selected RAJ after interviewing multiple groups for our kitchen renovation. We could tell right away that Rayan had that 'spark' that we were looking for to come up with a creative design for our slightly unconventional space. He nailed it! The design is truly great and looks amazing in person. He was very easy to work with and was able to get us a good deal on custom cabinets and construction costs. Very highly recommended!

We bought our house knowing that the kitchen needed to be renovated, but we were struggling to figure out a layout that would maximize the space. As soon as Rayan walked in the door, he had the idea to switch the dining room and kitchen. It was something that we had not thought of and as simple as it may sound, it was brilliant! Rayan exceeded our expectations! He listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered! We are first time home owners and decided to gut our apartment and he designed the perfect layout for the home. We explained that we wanted the kitchen and the living room to be the focal point and he gave us such an amazing entertainment area. The main thing to know about Rayan and Angelica is that they are incredible! They made creating my kitchen stress free and it was such a fun process. A friend recommended RAJ to me after two horrible experiences with other companies and after the first phone call with Rayan I know it was going to be a great fit and had the biggest smile on my face. He was able to create a design using rough measurements I provided and we had several virtual meetings so that I would see what he was thinking. The virtual meetings were extremely helpful to keep the process moving and get live updates! Especially great for anyone working full time that wouldn't be able to have a sit down meeting! I am so beyond happy that I chose to work with Rayan and Angelica because I couldn't have asked for a better experience. And couldn't love my new kitchen more!!

There is a reason that RAJ gets such great reviews across the board, they are different then any of the competition. We were very lucky to find and work with them. We still can not believe the total transformation of our small kitchen that Rayan drew up and made a reality for us. The only thing I can say about RAJ Kitchen and Bath is that they are AMAZING! Having a large open concept kitchen has always been my dream, but in an original 1940’s center hall colonial it was hard to imagine. RAJ Kitchen and Bath offered profession solutions and a genuine design, unique to our home. James is very talented, it’s unbelievable how he transformed our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier. Angie is amazing as well, my only regret is not using their contracting team and went with some other company, which was a disaster. James and Angie stopped by several times to guarantee a perfect design. They made me feel like my project was their priority and was proven in the result. I recommend anyone who is serious about remodeling a kitchen or bath consider RAJ.

RAJ Kithcen and Bath did not disappoint. We purchased our home and it needed some major updates and renovations. We wanted an open concept kitchen/living and dining room area and wanted to update the master bathroom. Rayan walked in and I could see the wheels spinning in his head. I had no idea what to expect but I knew that I was in good hands based on the rave reviews on houzz. I was confident that he would deliver and did he? Without a doubt. My kitchen and bathroom look like they should be on HGTV. It's awesome to walk in and see my kitchen which looks like it should be in a magazine. Rayan created a design for the entire space, more that I expected. He was patient and attentive and both him and his wife delivered. They made me feel like a special client. They do care about their clients. We love our new home and get many compliments on our new kitchen and bathroom and I am happy to refer RAJ kitchen and bath ten times over.

My wife and I bought a fixer upper in White Plains and needed help coming up with a kitchen design. We found Rayan and Angelica on Houzz and decided to give them a shot. WE’RE SO GLAD WE DID!! Rayan has such an infectious energy and I could tell that not only did he take great pride in his work but he got great joy from it. We left the design plan in his hands with limited input and he came up with not just a design plan for the kitchen but one for the entire house. We were blown away! The design was genius, giving us the open concept kitchen we desired, but also adding in a master bathroom that we didn’t even think was possible. Although we didn’t plan on adding a master bathroom it was such a good design we had to expand our budget to do it. Rayan and Angelica went above and beyond to help us with questions along the way and even met with our contractor to adjust the plan when we ran into some challenges after all the walls were removed. I had a unique situation where I wanted to extend my existing kitchen but due to size and space constraints I didn't want to just add additional cabinets. I met with many contractors/designers and none of them seemed right; Until Raj walked thru my door. His enthusiasm was infectious, and he nailed the design on the first try. Everything went flawlessly, and I'm absolutely in love with my new kitchen and walk in closet. The contractors he sent did an excellent job of executing his design. They were extremely trust worthy and always cleaned up after themselves, and everyone went out of their way to ensure the job was done to perfection.

Rayan James did a fantastic job helping to restructure and remodel our main bathroom so that we can get a laundry room in the area. The plans that he proposed were creative which transformed the bathroom into a beautiful marble contemporary bath and laundry room. Rayan James is meticulous in his work, very responsive and ensures that everything is done to perfection as proposed in his plans.

James just finished my kitchen and basement in Westchester, NY and both rooms look terrific. I relied heavily on his design ideas and the final result is very attractive and bright, and the cabinet quality and construction is very good. He is easy to work with and responsive. As a young contractor, I have the opportunity to meet many kitchen cabinet suppliers. A few years ago, one of my employee recommended I do business with Raj Kitchen and bath. At first, I was a bit reluctant because of my commitments to another supplier, but this year I decided to give them some business. From the moment Rayan stepped into our apartment we knew he was not your ordinary kitchen architect. We chose Rayan James to design a kitchen for our flood damaged house. We are very pleased with the outcome. He is a talented, knowledgeable designer who was willing to include us in the decision process. Rayan's computer imaging abilities aided siginificantly in design as we were able to brainstorm via computer modeling.

I am so happy, overjoyed, pleased....words are not enough to describe how appreciative I am of Rayan James and his wonderful team. He saw my kitchen and he said....No, this kitchen has got to go. My husband and I were nervous because we were on a tight budget. We talked it over and over for days thinking about the costs that we might incur. Having known Rayan and his wife for over 25 years...I kept saying I know he will make me happy. Afterall my kitchen is quite small. Rayan James was the designer for my recent kitchen and bathroom renovation. From the first time I was introduced to Rayan, he was friendly, enthusiastic and excited by the design opportunity presented to him. I felt as if he were a close family friend and was eager to work with him. Initially, I was only supposed to go through a partial renovation of my kitchen, in which Rayan came up with a beautiful design layout and suggestions for the existing space I wanted to redo. However, I later decided to take down the entire kitchen, even after the plans were finalized and custom cabinets were already ordered. James, rolling with the punches, immediately came to the house and reengineered the design utilizing all space as possible, with ingenious ideas to hiding some of the appliances and ensuring that all space was utilized. He was still able to do this even after several of the cabinetry was already ordered. Rayan is extremely patient to work with, is dedicated to customer service and is truly a talented kitchen and bath design professional. He transformed my once dated kitchen and bath to an open, modern space. I truly enjoy my kitchen and bath now and feel that it is a masterpiece. I have more storage than I dreamed possible, even for a smaller size kitchen, which I could have never achieved without Rayan. James was amazing. We thought we knew what we wanted until James stepped in and painstakingly and patiently questioned almost all of our initial design plans to be sure we'd be happy in the end with the end product. He looked at every detail to ensure we knew what the form and functionality implications were of the design. When we disagreed on approaches and ideas, he was professional and open to our suggestions and made things work (with a smile all the time). He did not leave any detail to chance and made sure to involve us in every decision. We are over-the-moon with the end result and we'd highly recommend James to anyone considering a major kitchen renovation.
