Jeff listened attentively to our needs, offered kitchen layout choices, advice on cabinets (make / style / finish). His recommendations were exactly on point, and the layout we chose works ideally. The cabinets and appliances were installed, with only minor "adjustments" (such as are typically required in any installation finishing work. His follow-up was excellent, demonstrating [again] his diligence and professionalism. And he did all this remotely - a wonderful service differentiator in these days! We would most certainly recommend Jeff's services to friends and neighbors.

This was our first major house remodel project. It was a pleasure working with Jeff and his team. He guided us each step of the way. And responded promptly to any questions we had. Great experience.

Jeff and the professionals he brought into our project all deserve 10 stars. Our project had multiple sub-projects (kitchen, skylights, electrical, plumbing) that were all handled in an efficient manner. Not only that, the customer service level was outstanding. Jeff and all the subcontractors bent over backwards to make sure we understood each step of the project and patiently explained the details. Major kudos to the entire team. If you need work done in your home, you will be hard pressed to find a better alternative.

Jeff Kida was wonderful to work with! He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable with all aspects of our kitchen remodel. Our cabinets fit beautifully in our kitchen and we are so happy with how it all came out! Thanks for the kind words Jamie. Doing the Glenview 70's Remake presented a lot of challenges for DDS Design Services and Nelson Carpentry. Glad you liked the "Captured Inset" design aesthetic. The flexibility of our custom cabinetry line was really put to the test here. Thanks to you we have recently expanded our Appliance Lending Depot to include Crock Pots, Electric Frying Pans, and a folding table or two. Extension cords not included, yet. Thank you again. It was great working with you.

I called Jeff for advice on my kitchen remodel/update. He was able to meet at our home in the evening which fit our schedule and was prompt. He was extremely knowledgable and gave us options to fit our budget. He is very creative and gave us ideas and information we hadn't even thought about. PRIOR to finding Jeff, we had been working with another contractor for the rest of the house and Jeff still answered ALL of our questions and concerns and didn't rush our consultation. As soon as we're ready to start the kitchen we will be calling him back.

Jeff and his team were great to with on this project. We waited years to upgrade our kitchen and master bath so we knew exactly what we wanted. The kitchen was gutted, which included removing a wall to expand the room and relocating our washer and dryer. The bathroom required removing the tub and installing a walk-in shower. Jeff provided us detailed drawing and a realistic budget. He offered cost saving suggestions that did not compromise the overall look. The project started and finished on schedule, and we were kept informed on the progress and experienced minimal hiccups. The end result was amazing! I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone interested in remodeling.

After the ice maker broke on our refrigerator, the wooden floors buckled and showed water damage. Trying to put the old kitchen back together seemed like a waste of money, so with Jeff's help, we created a new, more functional, and certainly more beautiful kitchen. Jeff listened to my concerns about the kitchen and created a great design that works really well. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, and it all went very smoothly. I recommend DDS Design Services without any hesitation. He did a great job start to finish!

He was extremely helpful in helping us choose materials and colors to work with what we were keeping in the kitchen. The work was easy to schedule and done very professionally. We used Jeff for our complete kitchen gut and remodel. We had absolutely no idea where to start and where overwhelmed with all of the choices. Jeff started from the beginning and drew up the designs. He spent a great deal of time with us to make the designs perfect. He is very knowledgeable on kitchen design and constantly gave us information that was incredibly useful. I have recommended to many people and will continue to do so! My husband and I are so glad we hired him.
