Our design office has had a few opportunities to work with Pedini PDX. We added various built-ins to our clients' condo where Pedini cabinets had already been specified by the architectural firm that designed the building. It seemed natural to make them apart of the new design in our clients' new condo. Recently, one of our longtime clients purchased a new condo. We designed a home office in one of the extra bedrooms. We decided to call on Victoria, the owner of Pedini PDX. Her team took our digital cabinet design prepared by our office and transformed it into Pedini cabinets. Her team had them built in their factory in Italy. The design process from the selection of finishes to delivery and installation was flawless. Her team is knowledgeable, skilled and found solutions to the normal challenges in the design process. Our interior design studio will return to Pedini PDX for more of our design projects.

Victoria (the owner) and Nassira helped us design an amazing closet - they both had excellent communication, were very responsive, and provided helpful feedback throughout the design process. Victoria is an excellent designer. The products she sells are so nice that we spent very little time in the showroom. We selected what we liked, she pulled together a whole house design package in very quick time. She collected enough information in the showroom so that we made very few changes once we saw the design package. We worked closely throughout the project keeping each other updated on progress. She was super supportive when we had constant delays from the city bureaucracy of getting permits approved and met our schedule once we got moving forward. She is highly service oriented, actually answers emails and phone calls quickly and responds appropriately. The end result is frankly awesome, we love the kitchen and bathrooms throughout our new house....

If you are looking for a modern kitchen design Pedini is a great option and Pedini PDX provided excellent design ideas, service, and quality installation. As with any project there were a few hiccups and Victoria handled all of the issues with no questions asked.

Pedini was exactly what we were looking for. Our long and extensive search began in San Francisco, where we lived as we began to build our new home in Oregon. The product had to be well made, modern and customizable. With many more options available in the SF market, we were happy and relieved to find Pedini PDX in Portland, a company near our new home whose product met our criteria. Beyond the beautiful product itself, we received the level of care and service from Victoria (designer/owner) that one always hopes for but usually never gets: 1) She is a designer with a sense of style and taste. 2) She is a great communicator, clear and detailed. 3) She is very responsive. She promptly returned our phone calls and emails each and every time. 4) She is responsible and hands-on. She worked closely with the contractor, architect and counter fabricator throughout our long home building process. 5) She works with an installer, Stephen, who has vast knowledge, experience and skills. He worked with our contractor to easily resolve big and small issues that every project faces. Yes, we actually enjoyed a big part of our home building experience, thanks to Victoria and Stephen.

My husband and I purchased a condominium at the then, newly constructed and highly touted, Cosmopolitan on the Park, in the Pearl District in Portland, OR. The building is an unusual gem in the Pearl District, as it’s the tallest building with spectacular river, mountain, west hills and city views. Victoria Faragalli, owner and designer at Pedini PDX, was brought in on this special project and orchestrated all of the exquisitely modern, high-quality, clean-lined, timeless cabinet design and installation for the entire building. My husband and I contacted Victoria to design and build out a bar addition in our unit subsequent to our purchase. We were so impressed by her talent, professionalism and dedication to her work and to us as her clients, we asked her to help us with our main residence in Los Angeles, CA. Victoria made several trips to our residence, walked through the pre and post demo, and created multi-dimensional layouts of her proposed designs for cabinetry throughout the house. We were able to see clearly the look and feel of each room in the house. After taking the home down to the studs and commencing with the rebuild, the area of reconstruction process I/we NEVER had a worry or concern over, was our contract work with Pedini PDX/Victoria. We were in good hands. The rest of our subs on the project referred to, and often worked off of, Victoria's impeccable renderings and working plans, that again, proved to be flawless. No matter what, I have always received an immediate reply from Victoria. She takes such pride in her work and the quality and experience she brings to her projects. She takes care of things in a timely and professional manner. It becomes apparent very early on, how committed she is to her work and her clients. To say that we would recommend Victoria and the product she represents, is an understatement. We have put our resources to work there and it's been worth every penny and then some. We are beyond happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the product, the designs provided by Victoria, and the installation and follow through on every detail. All of our appliances were also purchased through Victoria, who additionally represents Miele. I could write several more paragraphs on her behalf. We needed additional storage in our new condo great room. Victoria presented us with options that would complement our existing cabinetry and fit into the unusual dimensions of our space. We are very pleased with the results and the quality of the finished product. Victoria took the pain out of remodeling by managing every step in the process for us. She was present for both delivery and installation of the great room cabinets, managed the subs who installed the slab, and made several progress visits to ensure everything was perfect. Her cabinet installer is top notch and has extensive experience with Pedini products. Our second project with PediniPDX included the addition of wall storage in our Master Bath. Victoria sourced a perfect complement to our existing cabinetry. Her subs clearly enjoy working with her as much as we did.

Working with Pedini PDX was a great experience. Victoria was extremely helpful and professional and made sure all the little touches were perfect. Even when obstacles arose during the project (we had a sloping wall), she was able to keep the electrician, installers and tilers on task and on time. My experience with remodeling our kitchen using Victoria and Pedini Pdx was incredible. My husband and I happened upon her showroom while walking in town last year. We were immediately impressed with the quality of Pedini, but also with her professionalism. My husband is in the construction industry and is aware of all the problems that can arise while doing a project. He hit her with a lot of questions and she patiently and sweetly answered them all. When we received our first photo rendering of what our new kitchen would look like we were really excited. I visited with her several times about the layout for her opinion on so many things. We really respect her opinion. She has experience and has exquisite taste. One other really important thing: She answers her phone and she responds to e-mails and messages...always. We honestly didn’t expect this remodel to run so smoothly. Every piece in my kitchen is perfect. Every line, every angle. It makes me so happy to walk in my kitchen each morning. And working in my kitchen is even better. Victoria helped make the layout so it works for me. Unloading the dishwasher is a breeze. Cooking is effortless (well.. almost) because all of my utensils and cooking spices are close by. I have a large family and even though I wanted a new beautiful kitchen, most of all I need it to be practical. I need my cabinets to be easy to wipe and to not show every spec of dirt. I need them to be strong and hold up to a lot of use. I have large gatherings often and need my kitchen to be set up to entertain. I wanted stunning, I needed practical ....with Victoria’s help, I very happily got both!! You will really enjoy working with this patient, professional, smart and extremely helpful woman! And you will absolutely LOVE your Pedini cabinets!

My experience with Pedini was an excellent one. I wanted to extend my kitchen and Victoria, working with a very difficult wall angle, provided me with detailed plans before the work began. She was there every step of the way to make sure the work was done properly and to high standards. I was very impressed with her diligence in overseeing the project from beginning to end. I now have a wonderful extension to my kitchen and applaud Pedini and especially Victoria. I highly recommend Pedini!

Pam and I wanted to thank Victoria Jones and Pedini once again for efforts on our behalf during last year's kitchen remodel and this year's master bath renovation. We are very pleased with both the final outcomes and the processes to get there. Victoria's design skills improved upon our basic ideas and helped us select finishes that we love. She was extremely efficient and responsive from beginning to end, patiently answering both our good questions and our bad ones (I asked more than a few of the latter!). Victoria and Pedini stood by their quotes and promptly resolved the usual issues that arise during a remodel; e.g. a door was damaged and in less than a day a replacement was sent from Italy. It was installed at no additional expense. We are pleased with the Pedini product and think it comparable to the Poggen Pohl cabinets used in our San Francisco home. We also love the Dekton counters and backsplash. This was a product Victoria recommended and it is without question the best counter material we’ve used in what is now our 8th kitchen and bath remodels of the last 20 years.
