Used them for an install for a client on a project in May 2022. They messed up one of the pieces and said they would have to refabricate. The Owner promised to make it right and replace the piece that they messed up. After his promise, he quit responding to emails, text and phone calls. I ended up using another fabricator, at my expense, to deliver the top to the client. Never received the piece or a refund. Don't use unless you want to not get what you paid for and receive zero customer service.

After 6+ weeks for waiting... Very disappointed, they came out measured twice and 8 windows came the wrong size still and the windows that were supposed to be frosted...weren’t! No apology, no hey I’m sorry but here is a discount or here is how we will make it up to you? All we hear is we get to wait another extra 6 weeks and clearly customer service or satisfaction is not a priority for them!!!!!

After many years of being told that I couldn't have my dream kitchen I stumbled on Copper Creek Distributors while searching through thousands of Houzz photos. One of the kitchens on their profile page had this huge island and it was everything I've ever wanted, but was repeatedly told I couldn't have. I decided to send off an email and once again hope that someone could help me. In the past several years I've had at least three contractors come to the house and each time leave basically telling me i was stuck with the kitchen I had. They would offer to update my cabinets but no one ever made any suggestions that would improve the kitchen. Not until I found these guys at Copper Creek. I was responded to within one day of sending my email and was so excited when they came out and shared a complete laundry list of ideas. The initial consultation took about two hours and when they left I was so excited because finally I'd found someone who thought they could help me. It was about three days after the initial consultation that my email sprang to life with professional drawings of what my new kitchen could look like. I was amazed at the detail of these drawings; and guess what? They had my island included. The island that everyone else said couldn't happen. The entire process of getting my dream kitchen to become a reality was about two months. They were professional at every stage. They showed up when they said they would and they communicated with us daily. The guys that worked in the house were so polite and respectful. Each morning I would get a text prior to their arrival and at the end of the day I would get a recap of the accomplishments of the day. Even with the holidays happening they managed to get the kitchen to where i was able to cook our first meal at Christmas. Everything in the kitchen came from Copper Creek. Even my new gas range. It was nice to deal with one company for everything. I want to thank Alex, Jonathan, Bryan, Jose, Karmen, Don and Sarah for making this a pleasant experience and for making this ole gal happy. Once I get everything put in place I'll post some before and after photos.

Exceptional Service, Exceptional Value! What started off as a pretty simple kitchen renovation morphed and we have now done kitchen, hall bath and master bath; next week we get new Milgard windows. The entire process has changed our 1970's home. We now feel as if we have a new home and will probably stay here another twenty years. If you are apprehensive of the process they can make a huge difference as it's one stop shop. My favorite thing about working with Copper Creek was that I didn't have to go everywhere looking at materials. They brought everything to me and made sure we were getting great pricing. After years of building my own homes without any help, I decided to seek a professional. Friends of ours had used Don when he ran another company years ago and highly recommended him for his design flair and ability to secure product at wholesale pricing. I must say I am most pleased with our end result. Building what will most likely be our retirement home has not only been fun but a learning experience. Don and his Copper Creek team walked us through the entire process, held our hand when unsure about major changes in the plans and designed a kitchen I've always dreamed of. Although I did go a little over my budget the changes I made with the help of my Copper Creek design team has drastically improved our home. This is also, the first time I've used anything but custom cabinets and the advantages in addition to a great price were incredible. If you are considering a remodel or even a new home let the guys at Copper Creek help you through the process. You won't regret it.

Recently my husband and I were about to invest $40,000 in new windows for our home located in Cedar Creek. One of our dear friends mentioned they had just had windows installed by DFW Design and not only did they get the same window manufacture with DFW but they saved $8,700.00 on the windows alone, and another $2,400.00 on the installation. With that in mind we set an appointment up with Don; We only met with Don the one time, but everything he promised was spot on. The day of delivery, the time it would take to remove and install and more than anything else how professional his installers were. I can't say enough about their absolute professionalism. It's so rare that you find a company that shows up when they say, cleans up when they leave, and has courtesy and professional employees. We love our new Milgard Windows and look forward to the next project we already have on the board with DFW. New Cabinets and Quartz Counters.

My project is not yet completed. but I met with the designer a few times and I was impressed with her competence. I felt like I could trust her. She listened patiently to my needs and we explored ideas together. The kitchen plans are coming along and we will soon start on the project.

They gave us a competitive bid and completed the job quickly, as promised. We love our new Wood floors. Will definitely call on FEW for our next project.

Don measured and designed the most beautiful arrangement of cabinets that maximized my kitchen and storage area. It was all very accurate and computerized. I was so impressed and so happy with the design. I could not have imagined it any better. I even told Don, "He knew what I wanted better than I did! " Thanks DFW!!

My wife and I don't normally get into the online review stuff but after our experience with DFW Design & Remodeling we felt it only right to share what a pleasant experience we had. It started with their owner taking his time to spend with us making sure we were getting the right flooring product and color. We were totally lost as to what we were doing and since we were doing our entire home we didn't want to mess it up. Never realized all the different species that were available. Don helped us pick an excellent product and a perfect color for our home. He quite gifted at this process. I have worked with Don for 10 years now, providing kitchen and bath design layouts for clients. He has always shown the highest regard for me as a professional. His detailed measurements make designing layouts a breeze. I have personally witnessed his sincere kindness and courtesy towards his clients. Don strives to help the client understand the process of remodeling, while keeping on track with the budget. I have seen many of his before and after projects and I'm always amazed with the end product and how beautiful his work is. I enjoy working with Don because of the above mentioned, however I really like that he makes it easier for me and the clients. As with any business, issues, such as damaged product, etc. sometimes occurs. Don and I will talk, the problem will get solved and the client does not have to worry.
