Victoria was given two 2000-vintage bathrooms (ensuite and family) to update, to which we added the laundry/powder room downstairs in a 2003 build strata titled stand-alone townhouse in Doubleview. The project was a complete gut and start from scratch approach. We worked together on design and tile selection, with Victoria contributing her ideas, latest trends in bathroom design, overall project control and access to her stable of approved tradesmen and suppliers. Victoria is full of good ideas and managed the project in my absence. All work was completed to a fantastic quality, with floor to ceiling tiles on walls, beautifully built hobs and shower stalls with free standing glass, drawers in both are handle-less, free standing bath and tap stylish in the main bathroom. The laundry used stackable washer-dryer, creating space for cupboards and an improved sink in place of the all Australian deep utilitarian tub. The powder room added a basin, and again good tile work throughout. The rectangular floor drains in all rooms show that the small details are not forgotten, and these have been amazingly accommodated by the tilers. I have added pics of the main bathroom and powder room, with only one 'before' shot of the main bathroom. A world of difference, and a great job!

Victoria helped us with our alfresco barbeque area. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and acted as both designer and project manager. She has wonderful ideas but is also a great listener - she helped me choose the appliances and finishes and they have been perfect. She liaised with all the suppliers and tradesmen who were all terrific as well. We couldn't have done it without her and would highly recommend her services! Thanks so much Victoria.

Victoria just finished helping me with my 2 bed apartment in Wembley and not only did she come in under budget, but the outcome is even better than I had expected. I live in New York so it was very important to have someone on the ground that I could trust to take care of all the design decisions, managing the contractors and being on top of the little things like light fittings and switch covers that add that final level of polish. My leaving tenants were so excited about her upcoming changes that they changed their mind and signed another lease with me also. I highly recommend Victoria to all my friends, she was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely use her services on my next apartment too.

The company (Victoria) helped us re-model the interior of my house regarding colour schemes and artworks and more importantly redesigned my kitchen - including purchasing new appliances. Victoria is very knowledgeable in the current trens in the industry and gave us options that helped us save some money. She engaged very well with all the other trades involved with the project i.e. plumber, electrician, cabinet maker/installer etc. to eliver the project within budget. My family are very happy with our new kitchen and are happy to recommend her work. We will not hesitate to re-engage her services.
