Nancy is a creative genius! Our new home by far exceeds the vision we had before hiring Nancy. We hired her early in the process of building. The changes she suggested to the initial design took our plans from custom to artistic. After showing Nancy pictures of styles we liked, she took great care in choosing paint colors, tile, hardware, plumbing, stone, cabinets, lighting... and presenting us with slections we loved. I'm blown away by the finished project. I've truly never seen a nicer home. Thank you, Nancy!!

Nancy saved the day! After sustaining extensive hail damage to my home’s exterior I was presented with many questions about roof color, wood color, gutter colors ..paint colors… from the contractor. I had just started a new job and had no time to consider all the questions that come along with even simple decisions like roof, trim and paint color, I called Nancy Sanford and she showed up quickly and reliably. She took me out of what is trend and to what the correct color is for my home. Though she was making all the decisions I knew they were also influenced by what I wanted too. It was nice to have a professional come onto the scene and quickly turn a my job around quickly and with such a tremendous outcome. Perfection. Now Im so excited to work with her on the interior design of my home!

Nancy ran an extensive design project for me in Steamboat Springs that exceeded every expectation the ownership group could have had. It was a 7000 square foot bar that combined old west style with modern night club accents. She is tasteful, imaginative, and efficient. Her service was top notch and we have been friends ever since. I would absolutely hire her again for any commercial project and enjoy her talent, energy, and dedication.

I worked with Nancy Sanford Interiors on my home in Washington Park. It was a wonderful and fun experience and would do it again. The project entailed remodeling the kitchen, laundry room and living room. It’s now beautiful and sophisticated. All the rooms function so much better. She also added interesting touches like a large antique train platform clock to the ceiling. Nancy helped me select exciting contemporary art that makes the new furnishings pop! She was a good value too. I feel good about the investment I made.

Nancy did a very nice job on our problematic family room. She was very good at keeping the focus on the project and the trouble spots. She was prepared and had great ideas in terms of how to bring the room together. She quickly had answers for me in terms of lighting recommendations, drapery choices and furniture size and scale. After her visit she prepared an indepth summary including all recommendations and observations about the project, color swatches, pictures of recommended elements etc. that was a very nice touch and a great reminder of all that we had discussed.

I spent a productive and fun afternoon working with Nancy on my home. Even though I love the pieces I had, I was feeling stuck and just wanted things refreshed a bit. She rearranged my furniture (even bringing furniture pieces from one room to another) and made lots of concrete and creative suggestions. I found it especially helpful that Nancy explained the reasons behind each of her recommendations. The result of the consultation is my place looks designed, refreshed, updated. I enthusiastically recommend Nancy, her talent is a true gift!

Upon hiring Nancy Sanford, I had already gone though several designers that didn’t offer realistic design solutions or that didn’t consider my particular style or budget requirements. Nancy was able to design my living room to my liking and without any of the hassle that often accompanies this process. She was able to concisely choose the necessary elements for my space without any hesitation and was able to achieve my vision through her skill and talent. Nancy provides a perfect blend of creativity, practicality and experience with fresh insight that makes her exceptional at what she does.

Nancy worked with my wife and me on the design of our new condominium. If we ever bought another house, I would definitely hire Nancy as our designer again. No matter what element of the design was involved, Nancy was open to looking at a variety of options - she was a never ending source of creative ideas. If the first set of options weren't chosen, she quickly brought even more creative options to the table. Nancy designs from the client's point of view and sense of style, rather than her own. Nancy handled every situation with integrity. She really stands up for her client if something doesn't go exactly as planned. Nancy worked very efficiently, communicated clearly, and made the normally stressful process of designing a house, an enjoyable one.

Nancy Sanford is an extraordinarily gifted designer in every way. I worked with her for several years on a custom home. I am absolutely thrilled with the results! Nancy is an excellent listener. She genuinely cares about truly understanding what her client wants. Nancy constantly surprised me by remembering the tiniest detail that I had shared with her, even years after I shared it. It was as if she "got into my head" and then operated from that place to create exactly what I was hoping for. Nancy is an extremely hard worker. She does whatever it takes to get the job done. Nancy has the ability to work very quickly, when need be, without sacrificing the quality of her work, nor the integrity of the job. In the rare instances when there was a miscommunication or conflict with a third party, and I needed an advocate, Nancy stepped up, every time, and took care of the situation to my complete satisfaction. Nancy is a person of the highest personal and professional integrity. She is exemplary at her craft in every conceivable way. Nancy continually delighted me with her vision, and astonished me with her creativity. She developed a beautifully designed plan and efficiently executed that plan. The result is a home that feels 100% "me", not as if someone else designed it. That is her greatest gift - how she intuitively, and strategically, knows her client so well, that, in the end, her designer touch is almost invisible to the client. Nancy chose for me what I wished I could have chosen for myself, while adding all of her design talent to make the results even more spectacular than I ever could have imagined!
