We have developed close working relationship with Jim, our Account Manager who works tirelessly to support us with the supply of newly released collections, product information, and samples. Jim also works effectively to ensure that our supply pipeline runs smoothly and that the very few product logistical ‘hiccups’ we sometimes experience, are dealt with promptly, minimising, if not eliminating, problems before they become issues. The team behind Jim are cheerful, efficient and extremely helpful in our day to day interactions with them. From expediting the dispatch of urgent orders, cuttings and samples, to order fulfillment, delivery tracking and their overall customer service. Warwick set a standard both in product quality and customer service delivery that only a select handful of trade suppliers in our industry can match. Warwick is the first name in fabrics I think of when it comes to upholstery, cushions and curtains. I love specifying their fabrics and my clients love it too!
