Reico Kitchen & Bath

We could not be happier with Reico and our beautiful new kitchen. The service was impeccable. Our Reico representative, Kristen, is top notch! She is knowledgeable, courteous, understanding and she made things happen. We love our Greenfield cabinetry and the Grothouse chestnut island top is absolutely gorgeous.

Ordered my cabinets on 9/6/21. Upon arrival 12/7/21, 6 items were missing and 2 cabinet doors were the wrong size. The 6 missing items were delivered and I discovered that 4 of the items from the order were a different color (this was not due to the natural variation in wood, they were a completely different shade). Late December Reico delivered 2 cabinet doors to replace the wrong size that was delivered earlier and they were a COMPLETELY different design. For the third time, the replacement doors were delivered in late February. After repeatedly requesting the replacement of the 4 items that were a different color, Reico reps visited my home and I was told they would not keep remaking my cabinets and agreed to replace 1 of the 4 items. Reico delivered the one door on March 7 and I now have cabinetry in 2 different colors. They were agreeable to remake 2 doors three times due to their incompetence in placing the correct order with the manufacturer but would not remake the items that were made the wrong color. When requested, Kesley could not explain Quality Assurance Standards or Tolerance/Limits for color variation. These 4 items should have never passed quality inspection. I am completely dissatisfied with the Customer Service and Quality standards of this company.

Install from 2019 some sides have skins some do not. Already have bubbling. Contacted them and they will not get back with a solution. I would have even paid them to fix and make right. 20K down the drain! If you want them to solve or help with a problem after you pay forget it.

Albert C- I had a great experience with Reico in Bethesda for remodeling the kitchen. Marc Jean did a excellent job as my salesman and he provided an outstanding team of professionals for installation of the cabinets and counter top. I would highly recommend their products and services and will return for future projects.

Absolutely amazing service and even during the pandemic when things were slow. I love my cabinets...the drawers are my favorite. :)

We are very happy with our cabinets from Reico Kitchen and Bath. Nancy and Jason did a great job. The cabinets are very attractive and we have received many compliments. I would recommend Reico if you are planning a kitchen renovation. Thanks Nancy and Jason!

REICO promises me the world as delivered nothing! I ordered kitchen cabinets from REICO, and then asked them to install my new Miele dishwashers. REICO charged me $600 for the dishwasher installation. BUT- the person who installed the dishwasher had absolutely no clue what he was doing. First, he told me that the wrong parts were sent. I spent four months arguing with Miele over this. Turns out- the right part had been sent originally! Then, the guy installed my dishwasher and in the process of installing the kickplate, knocked out the electrical wire. Miele had to come do a service call even before the dishwasher was installed. All in all, I spent SEVEN MONTHS before I had a working dishwasher. To add insult to injury, I contacted REICO's manager about these issues. He responded- "I'm sorry for your disappointment."

They went over the expected time to complete the project due to some problems with the material from the company. BUT, they fixed it and even went above and beyond by having someone come in and handpaint the faded borders. Overall, very pleased!

This project was not a kitchen or a bathroom remodel, it was my dream sewing room. Thank you Susan for making my dream a reality. I love, love, love my sewing room and look forward to spending countless hours in the years to come.

I waited years to trust anyone to help me with my kitchen renovation. From the beginning Samantha understood my goals. With her guidance I was able to pick the correct tiles. The contractor Juan Pablo and his assistant Miguel were great. They had to remove the floor cabinets and floor down to the slats. The floor they laid was perfectly leveled, solid and beautifully patent. The backsplash was perfect. There were delays mostly due to my preference. Super happy with my kitchen.

This was our first kitchen remodel experience and Reico was excellent. Kim and Mike made the process flow seamless with no issues. From day 1 our experience with Reico was amazing. Kim took the time to educate us on the various options and designs available. She was able to assist us with choosing the right sizes that best accommodated our space. Mike visited our home and gathered all measurements needed to make the install process perfect. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Reico. We absolutely love the result and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great working with Jen. She knew her products well. You can customize your vanity to exactly what you want unlike attempting to find something even close at the big home improvement stores. Very please with what we ordered and the excellent service.
